Technical information

The construction system of the building is "Shear Walls", which walls are made of concrete that stands on columns that exist underground, and that is the reason why there are no columns cleared on the plans, and concrete hatch for walls cleared in sections.
The chosen building to apply the project on is the Nancy and Rich kinder building in Houston, Texas. The main reason for choosing this building is the glass tube construction surrounding the building, which creates a cool jacket around it. The cool jacket helps utilize natural light and wind to minimize the amount of energy used in the building
