Project idea

Building number 1
From our point of view, there is birth in every destruction.
Like what happened in Beirut.
After the explosion in Beirut, we identified two spaces for design, which are specified in our presentation.
The first building is a cultural and educational space, and the second building is a passenger terminal.
Our concept is reborn in the first building
This new building, which is connected by a bridge, represents rebirth
The birth that is reshaped from the core and center and completes the building
In designing this space, we tried to respond to all cultural and educational needs.
Also, in the facade of this building, we used skins that reflect the culture and tradition of Beirut and at the same time look modern, beautiful and powerful.
We hope we were able to participate in this rebirth.

Building number 2

In the second building, we designed a passenger port, the form of which is inspired by a ship
The location of this terminal is such that passengers can board the ship from inside the building and start their journey.
In designing this terminal, we did our best to provide good and comfortable access for passengers in this terminal
Also, in the facade of this project, the shelling of building number one has been used to show the tradition and culture of Beirut

Building number 2

Technical information

Building number 1
The structure of building number 1 is a concrete structure with a waffle roof.
The materials used on the body of the building include
Spider glass. White concrete. View of two shells of Islamic motifs.
The building is made of concrete columns with decorative aluminum covers.
Materials used inside the building include curtain glass panels. Light granite slabs. Brick walls with plaster coating.

Building number 2
The structure of building number 2 consists of concrete columns and waffle roofs.
In order to make the concrete columns more attractive, circular aluminum covers are used.
The materials used on the body of the facade include white concrete finishing on the facade, the use of spider glasses and metal profiles, along with the use of two-shell facades with islamic patterns and the use of profiles with concrete designs.
The materials used inside include bright granite slab stones. Curtain glass panels and brick walls with plaster coatings.

In order to prevent the penetration of moisture inside, 30 cm cement blocks have been used on the external walls along with proper moisture insulation in both buildings.
