To date, the construction industry is striving for the rational use of the territory for new designed facilities. For this reason, the main condition for the design is the multifunctionality of both the object itself and the territory under construction.
Socio-economic indicators in Russia lead to the principle of mobility of spatial, planning and territorial solutions being taken as the basis for the design of buildings. This leads to new ways and ideas for the construction of buildings and structures.
A coworking center is a space that combines versatility, mobility, practicality of spaces, as well as territories.
The designed facility is located in the area between the streets Beregovaya and Sedova in Rostov-on-Don. The layout allows using design solutions with panoramic glazing for the co-working center. The terrain is going to mitigate visually large architectural forms and to make the building appear “light and airy”. Nowadays, there are very few such centers, modern co-working platforms are not available for creative people in Rostov-on-Don. The choice of the location is perfect for the natural lighting of spacious interiors. The center may serve not only as an open office but also as a leisure place. Co-working composition comprises 4 linked components within shared space on four aboveground storeys. An underground parking is planned as well. Each floor will be divided into several creative workshops. The project concludes a recreation zone inside of the building, as well as open working and leisure spaces on the patio. For the convenience of visitors the recreation zone will be equipped with vending machines . Green areas and smaller architectural forms will surround the building . Entrances for emergency and technical services vehicles are designed.
The design idea was based on the desire to place the building between two cultural heritage sites, creating three-dimensional solutions that are light and open by using translucent materials and lifting the structure above the relief.
This project combines modern architectural, constructive, urban planning solutions that go with the trends entering our days.
The main goal of this project is convenience, comfort, mobility and accessibility, which gives a favorable atmosphere for people to stay in this space.
For the conditional mark of 0.000, the level of the clean floor of the floor on the first floor, located below the observation deck on Sedova Street by 1 m, is taken. The height of the residential floors is 4,000 m. The height of the underground parking is 4,000 m. The building has the highest elevation +17.700 m from the level of the finishing floor. On the ground floor there is an entrance group, an administrative block, classrooms for work in various fields and disciplines, as well as recreation areas with vending machines. The second floor is divided into classrooms for different disciplines, and there is also a theater hall on this floor. The third floor is reserved for one discipline. The ground floor is also divided into classrooms and has an internal closed recreation area and access to an outdoor terrace.

The projected coworking center is located on a slope. An object consisting of one building with a variable number of floors from 2 to 4 floors has been designed on the territory. The structure also has cantilevered terraces.
