Project idea

The project „Streetpark“ is design as a place for children, teens or adults, who love street art and street sport. In the designed park there is a skatepark, sport centre with offices, café and club-room. In multifunctional sport hall people can play streetball, soccer or kids can play basketball. In summer season the multifunctional hall is open for public. The dance hall is used for street dance or other sport dances. The accompaniment of the sport men can buy a cake in the “Café Street” or play video games in the club-room.

Project description

The streetpark is the two-storey building. The building is a composition of the blocks in sloping terrain. In the first floor there are 2 solitaires – café and administration, in the ground floor there are 2 halls (dance hall and sport hall), locker rooms with showers and toilets, clubroom and stocks. Each block is marked by shining sign. The western facades are made of glass walls, wooden slats, which are also used in southern facade of café. The dance hall is seperated from the skatepark by glass wall, the sport hall by polycarbonate. In front of the café you can see the system of sails. The interior should be decorated with grafitti by local street artists.

Technical information

Construction of the building is combined system - walls and concrete skeleton. The roofs are flat and single-skin. On the roof there are solar collectors. Foundation pads and foundation pads are design in this project. Light hight of the sport hall is 5,7 m and construction height is 6,7 m, attic is 0,8 m long.
