Project idea

A husband and wife who are both pilots are located on a tranquil piece of land. The site is far away from the main road and surrounded by plenty of open space and large trees, here the owners want an innovative multifunctional living space of their interest or profession that they can enjoy each other's company as much as possible.

Project description

As pilots the owners spend long periods of time away from each other and stuck in tiny spaces. They want their house to make them feel free, to allow them to enjoy nature and also to bring them close together. In order to make this happen, the house is to have a total floor area including walls of 100 spuare meters that will be built on a multiple levels and will sit on a piece of land of 150 square meters of any particular shape. The house should include:
Entry
Cooking and eating space
General relaxation and entertainment spaces, indoor and outdoor
Study
Sleeping space
Ablution facilities
Storage space
Stairs and circulation
Balcony

The construction of the building is made of:
Cement
Concrete
Bricks
Glass
Steel
Wood
Ceramic tiles
Roofing tiles
Wall tiles etc.
