Project idea

An actual problem is the abundance of abandoned buildings in Georgia.Each person looks at abandoned buildings with subjective interest. Among them, when I was little, we used this building as a training space for parkour with my friends.
350 thousand people live in Gldani. The district has a single gathering point near the metro, where the market, mall and other facilities are located. The accumulation of functions leads to overloading of this area, so it is important to distribute the functions to other and different points.
So I decided to transform this abandoned building into an agro market.

Project description

20 meters from the existing building there was a garage where an internet cafe was located. As a child, this was the place where I first encountered the digital world. A new digital reality is being created today. In order to make this world more accessible to the public, I decided to make an open NFT gallery. where exhibitions and cognitive discussions will be organized.

Technical information

Agrobazaar consists of 3 floors. One floor belongs to staff parking. Two floors are dedicated to the market. There is a parking lot below the NFT Gallery.
