Project idea

The shopping and entertainment complex with an office and a capsule hotel is one continuous array. From the hotel you can get to the shopping center and the parking lot without going outside.
There are ramps and elevators for sedentary groups of people.
Convenient communication and accessibility of the entire complex are its strengths. Security is a requirement in today's world and this complex could be a refuge for its visitors.
In the shopping center on the top floor there are 2 cinemas that protrude outside the building. A distinctive feature is the atrium, which illuminates most of the building.
Hotel and office.
The office is located on the first 3 floors, and the hotel is in the tower. Deliberate repetition of images is not accidental! The hotel has rooms from the Nikagin capsule tower, which is being dismantled this year :'(
In my project, some of them were bought in order to preserve the legacy of Kise Kurakawa.

Technical information

In this project, it was necessary to work out a shopping center and a parking lot, and show the hotel in volume as part of a SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER.
The entire building is made of REINFORCED CONCRETE
