Концепция проекта – единство человека и природы. Даже в центре мегаполиса люди смогут прикоснуться к живой стихии. Идея этого проекта - объединение воедино двух стихий – воды и воздуха. Образ паруса, развеваемый ветром, заложен в создании башни - композиционного центра. Его дополнением является велосипедная дорога. Она словно причудливые потоки восточного ветра - Апелиота огибает парус и бежит подобно кругам на воде. Последний круг быстро исчезает, растворяясь в водной глади... Но подобно "эффекту бабочки" возникает большая волна-павильон. Всё это создаёт чувство единения человека со стихией.

Its complement is the bicycle road. It is like the whimsical streams of the east wind - Apeeliot skirting the sail and running like circles on the water. The last circle disappears quickly, dissolving in the watery surface ... But like a "butterfly effect" a large wave-pavilion appears. All this creates a feeling of unity of man with the elements.

Железноводск всегда славился своими минеральными водами и чистым воздухом. Лермонтов писал «Белеет парус одинокий В тумане моря голубом!... » Моря в этом дивном городе нет, зато на фоне замечательного горного пейзажа раскинулось декоративное озеро. Издавна это озеро служит местом для отдыха как коренным жителям, так и туристам, посещающим Железноводск, поэтому стояла задача облагородить озеро и прилегающую к нему местность. В данном проекте была задумана смотровая площадка в виде паруса. Вокруг нее находится спиралевидная велосипедная дорожка, взмывающая в облака и плавно спускающаяся в озеро, по которой можно попасть на набережную. С набережной есть выход к миниатюрным открытым амфитеатрам, находящимся на поверхности водной глади. По другую сторону набережной на возвышенности располагается павильон «Волна», с которого открывается живописный вид на озеро.

In this project, an observation deck in the form of a sail was conceived. Around it there is a spiral bicycle path, soaring into the clouds and smoothly descending into the lake, along which you can get to the embankment. From the embankment there is an exit to the miniature open amphitheatres, located on the surface of the water surface. On the other side of the embankment on the hill there is the pavilion "Wave", from which a picturesque view of the lake opens.

Technical information

Проект построен на контрасте плавных и жестких форм. Часть озера, на которой находится велосипедная дорожка со смотровой площадкой, плавно перетекает в строгие формы набережной. Данное явление четко можно проследить на примере связующего двух контрастов – павильоне «Волна». Его мощные металлические конструкции при смене ракурса в одно мгновение превращаются в плавную форму волны.

This phenomenon can clearly be traced to the example of a binder of two contrasts - the pavilion "Wave".
