Project idea

The project was designed with the theme of life and architecture workshops. Mondrian compositions in window and building forms were examined especially for the balance of proportions.
With the inner garden cubes created, it is aimed to get rid of the tiredness of life and have an experience intertwined with nature. Together with the green tsar created with the search for sustainable architecture, the design has been brought to a self-sufficient state with the photovoltaic panels designed in harmony with the window on the windows.
It has been ensured that the spaces within the project flow into each other and give vista to each other. In this way, the visual experience of the space will be completed together with a physical experience.

Project description

Users who reach the project land by the coastal road are met by the main artery. Especially the spaces supported by semi-open spaces are also capable of responding to climate demands. Users who started to experience the project with the cafe and exhibition section continue their experience with permaculture, green design and space workshops. Later, the second artery feeding the entrance of the project creates a place for guests to rest on the quiet side of the land. With the slope of the land, guests have an experience with the unique landscape offered by the land during their resting time. The inner garden cubes, one of the most striking points in the project, work as green breathing points that nourish the environment in every space. Mondrian windows, which are also remarkable points, offer us the designed vistas of the space with volume definitions.

Technical information

The technical applications of the project have been designed to respond to the demands and architecture of the region. The minimalist style settled in the region was also maintained in the project. The minimalist solutions of the region were continued without giving much space to the wide openings as the carrier system. A cubic form design has been made together with reinforced concrete solutions.
