Course project of a multi-storey residential building

Project idea

The main goal of the project is to design a multifunctional building and improvement of the surrounding area, which will meet the basic needs of the residents. Another goal is to integrate the building seamlessly into the residential development.

Project description

The projected residential building is located in Russia, Kursk.The projected house is sectional. On the first floor of the house there are public premisesThe entrance to the residential sections is from the courtyard, and the entrance to the public premises from the side of the city highway.The building consists of 7 sections of variable number of storeys. One part of the building is seven-story, and the other part is six-story. The end sections are located at an angle of 90 degrees to each other and are connected by a rotary section.

Technical information

The building has a skeletal concrete construction. The walls are insulated with mineral wool.The facades of the building are finished with facing stone. The ends of the balconies are trimmed with decorative elements from a decorative concrete slab. The same material is used in the facing of the entrance groups.
