Project idea

The goal of the project is to refer to existing buildings. That is why we have given up one cubage for smaller buildings that create an alternative route. Each part has been assigned a different function.
The topography of the area imposed, dictated to us the scattering of buildings. Each module opens towards the valley - it composes the views, at the same time neither covers it.

Project description

The route leads through the public toilet, atelier, media, ending with the main function - a community center with a kitchen with an observation deck. In addition, the trail / route is complemented by platforms that simultaneously act as a rest and break place.
All buildings are located on platforms fixed / secured to the ground, thus ensuring resistance to external factors. However, their structure is skeletal - easy to assemble.
The main elevation and finishing material is the local raw material - bamboo. The modular unit has a skeleton structure made of plywood filled with insulation. The lighting is provided by south-west oriented windows. The entrances are located from the north.

Technical information

The interior is homogeneous. The walls and ceilings are made of wood. The minimalist interior eliminates the amount of noise and does not distract. It allows you to focus on contemplating the views that you can admire through panoramic windows, or from the observation deck on the last, highest platform. The common element of all buildings are boxes that serve as chairs, drawers, interactive screens.
In addition, a system of solar collectors on the roofs and the location of rainwater tanks under the building is proposed, which will reduce the water intake.
