The quarter is located on Kotlin Island, an important historical site of St. Petersburg. There are two zones of historical heritage monuments on the site, the site is located near the bay. It was necessary to create a quarter that fits into the historical environment of the place, with affordable and comfortable housing, public spaces, a school, a kindergarten and a shopping center.
The inner part of the block is closed to cars, there are only entrances to parking lots and entrances, and fire passageways. The main points of attraction: park areas, a shopping center and a large pedestrian route from the neighboring quarter - all these points are connected by crtcpnom pedestrian sprays. One of the most unusual and striking features of the quarter is a multi-level pedestrian path. which, like a red gift ribbon, highlights a new quarter in the city environment.
The project is made in AutoCADand Photoshop. The drawings are arranged on one sheet. The project was carried out under the supervision of a group of managers-architects from SPbGASU.
