Project idea

Coursework of a residential complex for 1,000 inhabitants.The design of the new residential complex in the existing residential area with existing engineering and transport infrastructure has been developed; all necessary public facilities for the residents of the area (kindergartens, school, multifunctional centre, multi-storey underground car park, sports facilities, etc.); convenient access roads and approaches; the necessary number of parking spaces for the residents; landscaping of the complex has been provided - in accordance with the regulatory design documents of Kursk.

Project description

The projected residential complex for 1000 inhabitants is located in Kursk, Boytsov 9th Division Street (bounded by Suvorovskaya Street and Boytsov 9th Division Street) and developed in accordance with the technical design specification, taking into account the requirements of regulatory documents (see below).
The projected residential complex is located on the land plot of the former military unit. The land plot area is 126,445 m2 (12.64 ha).
