Project idea
The building is based on simple minimalistic shapes and light tones. My main goal was to create the interaction of monolithic forms with landscaping and the beauty of nature.
Project description
The object is located in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, near a busy street in the city center. This comfort class apartment building consists of 4 floors and 21 apartments. The house has everything necessary for work, recreation and communication of residents. On the south and east sides there are terraces where it is pleasant to have breakfast and relax, as well as enjoy the views. On the territory there is an underground parking for residents and ground parking for guest cars. There is also a children's playground and a sports ground with exercise equipment.On the exploited roof there is a garden and several types of trees and plants. Here you can relax and have a great time with your family
