Project idea

The project of a medium-rise residential building is based on the concept of a house made of
cells of various shapes, from which the house is assembled.

Project description

The dimensions of the projected building are determined by the planning
solution of the apartments, the boundaries of the site, as well as regulatory gaps from
existing residential buildings. On the territory of the residential building there are
playgrounds.

Technical information

The structural scheme of the building is a brick wall with a thickness of 640.
The building is placed on stilts, which allows air to ventilate the ground.
Piles protect the building from cold soil.
Overlappings are provided from prefabricated, reinforced concrete, multi-hollow slabs.
The inter-apartment partitions are made of expanded clay concrete blocks. Ventilation ducts are provided in the walls.
