Kindergarten with extensive roofing

Project idea

The idea of the kindergarten project is based on the concept of a sheet of paper as a basis for creating and forming something new. The current layout and structure of the courtyard space determine the emerging image. The idea is the originality of the form and structure integrated into the living environment, forming viable, interesting spaces in residential areas. Also, extensive roofing or "green" roofs are well suited for roofs with a small permissible load and green areas, since they do not require a significant soil layer. The costs for the arrangement and operation of such roofs are the lowest of all existing types of "green" roofs. For their landscaping, drought-resistant plants are chosen, for example, species growing in mountains, semi-deserts or on the coasts: mixtures of mosses, succulents, lawn grasses form beautiful decorative groups. This gives the kindergarten an interesting and memorable look of a "castle" from a children's fairy tale.

Project description

This kindergarten project is located in the northern part of the city of Tambov in the courtyard of a residential building on Zaprudnaya Street.
The planning solution of the master plan of a kindergarten for 160 places in the city of Tambov provides for the placement of a kindergarten building in the central part of the land plot, at the entrance, in the northern part
of the plot, there is a utility block, a dumpster area,
a laundry drying area, a green zone is organized around the perimeter. The following zones are provided on the site:
- playground area;
- sports area;
- economic zone.
On the plot there is a playground with group playgrounds for 15 toddlers (1 pc.), group playgrounds for 20 younger and middle-aged children (5 pcs.), a playground for 25 children of the preparatory group (2 pcs.). To protect children from the sun and precipitation, a shade canopy with an area of 44.1 m2 is designed on the territory of each group site.
On the territory of the kindergarten there is a common sports ground and a playground for teaching children the rules of the road.
The economic zone is located on the border of the land plot on the north side, has an independent entrance, convenient connection with the food and laundry room. In the economic zone there is a household unit with a vegetable storage, a platform for collecting garbage and food waste.
The orientation of the building and the dimensions of the required sites are made in
accordance with SanPiN 2.4.1.1249-03. A fire passage is provided around the building, combined with a utility site, leaving through the gate for the kindergarten territory.
The main entrance to the kindergarten building is made from the south side, there is an entrance platform and paths from the carriageway of the street.
Parking for 50 cars is provided on the existing driveway.
Driveways and platforms on the territory are arranged with
asphalt concrete, concrete and tile coating with the device of curbs.

Целью данного проекта было спроектировать детский сад в соответствии с нормами и требованиями, а также создать интересное объемно-планировочное решение. Детские ясли-сады являются первыми в цепочке-системе общественного воспитания детей дошкольного возраста. Ясли и детские сады объединяются в единое учреждение и проектируются в отдельных зданиях.
Ясли-сады имеют наибольшее распространение, так как в них повышается качество и обеспечивается экономия обслуживания, достигается преемственность в воспитании детей, предоставляются удобства родителям, имеющим детей разного возраста.

Determination of the area located under the greenery On the site, landscaping is accepted by planting saplings of trees and shrubs, the arrangement of flower beds and an ordinary lawn. Group sites are delimited by a hedge, landscaping is provided along the perimeter of the site with ordinary tree plantings and a hedge of shrubs. The total area of landscaping is 8718 .
In this project, the territory of the residential zone is 1,453 hectares.The area of the economic site should be taken for children's institutions with a capacity of up to 195 places – 240 m2.
The utility area should have a lightweight coating and is located at the entrances to the kitchen and laundry rooms.
In the economic zone, at the food hall, there is a U-turn area with a place for a garbage collector with a separate entrance.
