Project idea

The main idea of my project is to create the apartment house, which quiet environmentally safe. For example, there are used eco-materials and lots of green and trees.

Project description

The house has 21 flats: 1 of one-room, 6 of two-rooms, 10 of three-rooms and 4 of four-rooms. Also there are ground parking for 15 cars, sports ground, playground and rest zone. You can lift on the roof and play chess ot just relax and sunbathe.

Technical information

The area of ​​apartments is limited: for a flat of one-room apartment is 40 m², for a flat of two-rooms apartment is 60 m², for a flat of three-rooms apartment is 80 m² and for a flat of four-rooms apartment is 100 m². The wall consists of gas block and brick. Overlapping - monolithic.
