Project idea

Agricultural and Information Technology (IT) are two of the most contributed industries to the Vietnam's economy but not receive
enough attention and support to be able to innovative. As a result, these industries are consider backward to the world led to workers give up.
Many entrepreneur in these field in Vietnam have many creative and innovative idea choose to start their own business but do not
have support and correct business model lead to many young business cannot stay in the market more than a year.

Project description

SEED is an incubation center to promote creative entrepreneurship among youth, focusing on two industries that are agriculture,
and information technology in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The project aims to provide an active environment for entrepreneurs in two
industries to come up with innovative and creative ideas in changing the way industries works. The space need to enhance interaction between entrepreneurs to help them communicate and get inspired from each other, raising more chances for a unique and
efficient idea.

Technical information

Exterior: the exterior of the building will be covered with brick window features to allow natural air flow into the interior, reduce less electrical consumption in the space. Greenery also cover the space to keep the air fresh and cool under the hot weather of Vietnam.
Interior: working space divide into three different area:
- Co-working area with an open design that gather every entrepreneurs working together, improving the communication inside a workplace.
- Technology area for IT entrepreneur developing their skills, designed with smart AI robot hand that control them with computer code, entrepreneurs can level up their coding skills through research and experience.
- Farming area that encourage entrepreneur applying modern technology into the process and research in improving quality and quantity of the crops to help the industry become stronger.
There also public spaces such as library, restaurant, exhibition, recreation that applying biophilic and high-tech element to create a contrast and highlight both industries that the center is focusing.
