Project idea

The project's idea is to create two separate but yet connected houses for two siblings sharing the outdoor services together such as pools and gardens.

Project description

The scope of the work is how to give a modern touch with complex connection between them as they are interlocking yet each house has its own privacy, garage and entrance to the shared land. Moreover, the siblings have shared pool , garden and pergola for them to stay together and bond even more.
the slope of the land created different levels for them to have a perfect view of the lake from every side.

Technical information

the land is 20x20 meters , the following drawings are presented by hand as in the first year of college they only allow you to present hand drawn plans and sections in parallel with teaching us computer programs. so in the next attachments you will find plans , elevations , sections and perspective. In addition to a study model to show the building blocks
