Central Business District based on Transit Oriented Development Area

Project description

This design is a development of a transit-oriented area at one of the nodes of West Jakarta. As one of the node points in the Grogol Duri District, this area is designed as a central area of economic activity so that it becomes a Commercial and Business District. This area consists of mixed used buildings that include Office, Co-Working, Mall, Apartment, Condotel, and also SOHO. The concept of developing this area applies the concept of Compact, Smart, and Sustainable City which encourages environmentally friendly buildings and is oriented towards environmental sustainability in the application of technology for community welfare, both within and around the area.
