Project idea

THE OASIS operates as a multi-dimensional sensitive organism and living
environment.

Project description

The building becomes a point of 'URBAN ACUPUNCTURE', harvesting and
redistributing the rainwater into its locus, in a way that integrates holistically with the water cycle, into its toilet and landscape, thus shaping inhabitant behavior.
The built structure is designed to be porous, allowing wind to pass through, while

surfaces that receive sunlight have solar cells integrated, making the precinct
function fully off-grid.
The possibility of the impact is total, connecting us as a part of nature, through a seamless flow of WATER, PEOPLE, AND ENERGY.

Technical information

Steel being a primary material of choice, manifests 'CIRCULAR DESIGN', thus
resulting in a bare minimum environmental impact, and less construction waste.
the entire facility is built on the principle of
'DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY'.
This process relies on efficiency through digital prefabrication and deployment, in fewer weather days and high quality of construction.
