Project idea

This proposal is designed to develop an urban food landscape in the city of Kolkata India.

Project description

With Rapid urbanization the food distribution to the cities has increased exponentially for which incorporating food in city scape along with distribution channel is somehow a new concept of incorporating edible landscape in city scape. Food production in peri urban areas can be a extension of city landscape and making more eco friendly distribution throughout the city with using existing facility like canals.

Technical information

The entire project is developed involving various activity space in food channel system from producing to distribution in the Kolkata city of India.
