Project idea

Kyojin was born as a new way of seeing ethnic Japanese cuisine, the food that will be offered will reflect the most representative quality and gastronomic excellence of what is Japan, in the restaurant will offer excellent service and customer service, as well as security.

It seeks to be recognized for the good service and constancy in the elaboration of the dishes, the decoration of Kyojin will be minimalist with details in wood in straight lines and red colors, some bonsai that are the trees that most represent Japan, it seeks to give a feeling of Japanese atmosphere, so the seats will be made of wood as well as the tables , at each table open what is a paper crane as a centerpiece, since the crane is something important in Japanese culture.

Kyojin will bring together quality and good service, accompanied by a unique decoration and attractive prices to thus attract the attention of consumers.

Project description

Kyojin is a Japanese restaurant located in la gran vía shopping center, in the city of Antiguo Cuscatlan, El Salvador

The golden views, as the sun falls, inspiring peace and hope making beauty shine on the mirrors of water filled with life and beauty through flashes of light reflected from the lightest orange to the darkest pink; from the most peaceful blue, to the dark night that indicates the change of life when you turn on the flashlight, symbolizing life after the fall and the hope of the new coming of the sun, like red in white, to see the gold glow one more day.

Technical information

Within the specifications and materials used within the proposal are maintained and deal with essential aspects within the Japanese culture such as the use of wood, textiles and textures very characteristic of that culture, within these aspects we take into account wooden doors, wood and paper separators, the use of decorative elements such as handmade wooden luminaires, and those that have a very modernist aesthetic that adhere to aesthetic aspects of the culture, on the other hand modern and clean elements are maintained trying to maintain an open space where you can appreciate the public are from all over it. It should be mentioned that it is due to all the decorative elements that the concept comes to life through the way of living and experiencing the change of environment, from the materials on the floor, proposal of ceiling or even the furniture that is part of the intervention of the space; not to mention the use of open kitchen considering that it is guaranteeing the product from its cooking to the customer's plate, taking into account the cleanliness and order of the place.
