Project idea

The idea of this project is to create a new neighborhood in Krasnodar, as the city is developing, expanding, and increasing its population. This new designed neighborhood should meet all modern requirements, have all the necessary infrastructure and be as comfortable as possible for living.

Project description

The neighborhood is located in Russia, in Krasnodar, occupies about 30 hectares. Its population is 9 000 people and population density is 350 people / hectare. The structure of the microdistrict is a blocks with all the necessary conditions for comfortable living in it.
In the microdistrict, the perimeter building of quarters is dominated by multi-storey residential buildings, the first floors of which are occupied by commercial premises and public spaces. Also in each quarter there are children's and sports grounds, underground parking. A ground parking located on the perimeter of the neighborhoods along the main streets, it was done for the safety of residents and comfortable movement of pedestrians.
Inside the neighborhood there are 4 kindergartens and 1 school. Their placement in the center allows you to provide the most available and safe routes for children.
Inside the neighborhood there is a very convenient transport and pedestrian communication. Roads and driveways are located exactly where they are needed, it allows you to separate the main pedestrian routes from the traffic, make the neighborhood as safe as possible for comfortable movement of people. For pedestrians, there is a wide sidewalk, and for cyclists - bicycle path.
The whole neighborhood is well landscaped, all pedestrian sidewalks have shade from behind the trees, thanks to this, even in the summer heat, people can comfortably be outside.
Another feature of this neighborhood is an important transportation hub with a railway station and a multifunctional center. An electric train moving in this direction ensures comfortable and fast movement of people inside the city, as well as movement to neighboring settlements and back.
