Project idea

I am sentimental about all the once vibrant, now abandoned buildings that hold the stories, the relationships of the people, the memories important to them, and today no one visits them.
New born" - the name of the project is associated with many of its new features. The idea of its visual aspect is to escape from the "frames" and to set in motion. The first two floors are made up of columns and ridges absolutely monotonous and monotonous, as if the building of the first floors kept and was treated by the dogmas of the past, which it wants to demolish, and begins to move to the upper floors with an elevation modern kinetics. With an elevation that changes direction depending on the movement of the sun, although mechanical control is also possible.

Project description

The project area is located on a high slope of Vakhtang Gorgasali Street in Tbilisi, Georgia. This is an old parking ramp building that has been demolished.
Architecture can have a strong psycho-emotional impact on a person. I think that when a specific place, a specific form takes its place with dignity from time immemorial and it is destroyed all at once it has no positive effect on the human unconscious and since architecture is the most human art I decided to restore the constructive part of the old building and revitalize it. its visual appearance is also consistent with its functional solution.
On the first floor of the abandoned building of the old parking lot there will be a vintage car museum, on the second floor there will be spaces for architectural installations, and on the last three floors there will be modern co-working spaces, which are essential for young students.

Technical information

Despite a very low slope of 1.3% of the ramp, the work rooms on the upper floors will be arranged in steps.
