пространство), основанная на экологическом подходе строительства и благоустройства территории.
На территории проектирования предусмотрены функциональные зоны,которые удовлетворяют потребностям жителей района Софии.
В результате проекта была разработана концепция Green-Place (зеленое пространство), основанная на экологическом подходе строительства и благоустройства территории.
Также место служит точкой притяжения всех жителей и туристов в
частности, что повышает экономическую положение. Культурный центр способствует социальной активностей и сплоченности населения. В результате мы получаем экологичное место и экологичный социум с активным включением в жизнедеятельность города Пушкин.

Green-Place concept (green

improvement of the territory.
Functional zones are provided on the design territory,
which meet the needs of the residents of the Sofia region.
As a result of the project, the Green-Place concept was developed (green
space) based on an ecological approach to construction and
improvement of the territory.
Also, the place serves as a point of attraction for all residents and tourists in particular, which improves the economic situation. Cultural Center
promotes social activity and cohesion of the population.
As a result, we get an environmentally friendly place and an environmentally friendly society with active involvement in the life of the city of Pushkin.

Project description

Реконструкция гарнизонного манежа и преобразовании его из
полуразрушенного здания в культурный центр. Green place –экологичное
мультифункциональное пространство.

Здание разделено на две функциональные зоны: Развлекательно-
образовательную и ресторанную зоны. Первая включает в себя

многофункциональный зал с амфитеатром, который может
трансформироваться под тип мероприятия, также в нем находятся классы для
проведения различных занятий. Ресторанная зона включает в себя кафе-бар и
кафе-оранжерею с видом на Софийский собор.

Объединяет эти две зоны стеклянный атриум (холл) с выставочным
пространством и выходом на террасу с видом на Софию и яблоневый сад.
Эстетический аспект подчеркивает связь между человеком и природой, также
инженерные технологии обеспечивают «дружбу» между зданием и природой.
Сквер поддерживает эко структуру.

Reconstruction of the garrison arena and its transformation from
dilapidated building in the cultural center. Green place - eco-friendly
multifunctional space.

The building is divided into two functional areas:
educational and restaurant areas. The first includes

multifunctional hall with an amphitheater that can
transform to the type of event, it also contains classes for
conducting various activities. The restaurant area includes a cafe-bar and
a greenhouse cafe overlooking the St. Sophia Cathedral.

The glass atrium (hall) combines these two zones with the exhibition
space and access to a terrace overlooking Sofia and the apple orchard.
The aesthetic aspect emphasizes the connection between man and nature, also
engineering technologies provide a "friendship" between the building and nature.
The square maintains an eco-friendly structure.

Technical information

Доступная среда предусматривается для удобного использования всех
групп населения, чтобы МГН чувствовали себя на ровне в использовании того или иного пространства. Поэтому безбарьераня среда должна включать в себя перечень требований и условий к городскому дизайну, инфраструктуре объектов и транспорта, которые позволяют инвалидам чувствовать себя комфортно, без ущемления их возможностей.
В проекте применяется технология свето-звуковых маячков,
информационные стенды оборудованы тактильными указателями и
информационными табличками. В мощение интегрированы тактильные направляющие и контуры.

An accessible environment is provided for the convenient use of all
groups of the population, so that MGN feel on an equal footing in the use of this or that space. Therefore, a barrier-free environment should include a list of requirements and conditions for urban design, infrastructure of facilities and transport that allow people with disabilities to feel comfortable without compromising their capabilities.
The project uses the technology of light and sound beacons,
information stands are equipped with tactile indicators and
information plates. Tactile guides and contours are integrated into the paving.
