Project idea

The Arty family house is a modern ecological building designed for families of up to three. My main thoughts were to provide accessibility for older or handicapped people. Based on my experience I know how difficult it can be to move around the house with some kind of disability. Secondly, I divided the house into two parts. Day and night section creates a relatively large privacy and acoustic comfort in a small house.

Project description

You can find the atrium entrance hall, common areas (living room with kitchen and dining area), bathroom, bedroom and student room there. Furthermore, in the cozy garden you will discover a spacious terrace, a large swimming pool, a seating area with BBQ, flowerbeds and a quiet study room with storage. In front of the house there is also a parking space for two cars and a beautiful front garden.

Technical information

The house is designed as a terraced house and it is ideal for crowded polluted cities. Thanks to the small area of ​​the land, it saves construction space and the green roofs absorb the city's smog along with UV radiation. The entire street of these houses is made as a wooden building with insulation from ecological straw boards.
