Multi comfortable house in Milan

Project idea

The proposal is based on four points: the axis of the vistas, the orthogonality of the existing development, the connection to the exit of the metro, the connection of the park with the development. These four points form the shape of a new building in the shape of the letter L. New development creates a semi-private place and accepts existing buildings.

Two important centers are created in the urban complex. The main social elements were placed in these places: markets and gazebo

Technical information

The facades have a checkerboard shape of perforated wooden panels. Flower boxes are placed on the facade. The supporting structure consists of a transverse wall system made of reinforced concrete columns with lime-sand brick filling. The building's technical equipment is based on a combination of electricity and energy from solar panels
