Project idea

The main idea was to create a „building bridge” which will connect the spit of the peninsula with the opossite shore and at the same time will create a small bay in which there will be a service with hotel’ houses on the water.

Project description

In addition to serving as a port, the most important part is the hotel zone located on the ground floor of the building. Rooms are located on the water in the form of floating houses - it is creating an interesting solution for a lodging house. This option creates more privacy and there is more attractive to potential customers.The additional function is Wellness zone which is located on the first and second floor. It has got huge rest area with
SPA. Second floor is finished with swimming pool with overflow infinity.

Technical information

The project is locate in city Ujazd on the Gliwice Canal. It is used by local sai lors and canoeists. The main task was to create marina for local people and toursits which will have additional function.
The main building was designed in a reinforced concrete structure. The side walls are covered with a wavy wooden facade. The floating houses are designed in a wooden frame construction.
