Project idea

The main idea was to create buildings that fit into the shape of the rice fields characteristic of the landscapes of Bali.

Project description

It is a SPA center located in rice fields, among the lush greenery
of Bali. Guests have at their disposal a yoga room, three types
of saunas, and comprehensive service rooms treatments and
a huge terrace with jacuzzi and glass pool. The resort also has
a restaurant area open to viewing terraces from which you can
admire the panorama islands. The facility has the character of
terraces that fit into the layout of the fields rice paddies and
is fully wheelchair accessible.

Technical information

The design is based on a reinforced concrete structure. It is energy saving buildings - it uses the properties of the summer monsoon.
Summer monsoon therwise known as the "rain porter" - it brings heavy rainfall in Bali allowing the cultivation of rice. Terracing the slopes allows you to keep the water rainfall that would flow down the slopes of the mountains. This water is supplied from green roofs to rainwater tanks.
