The House of Architects "is the title of a project that aims to build a place for coordination and exchange of information between architects. Introducing new construction products, training classes, holding seminars, and creating opportunities for new ideas in architecture to be recognized.

Project description

Architecture is an art without borders and race, which aims at the comfort of human beings For this reason, modern architecture was considered for the general form of work so that what is a priority is not the subcultures that govern societies but the science of architecture. An amphitheater, several classrooms, green spaces on the floors, an exhibition of works alongside management spaces were our desires to design such a space.

technical specifications The building is designed as a metal frame In the amphitheater section, we have increased the length of the opening with the help of metal trusses. The side system of bracing frames is used. To use tall consoles in one direction, a combination of rigid frame and shear wall has been used. Walls and double glazed windows have been used to better insulate the building Cement facade with nano paint coating has been used to observe economy in the design. And the heating and cooling system equipment is located in a motor home space
