Project idea

Základnou funciou Kongres+event centra je zastrešenie akcií ako sú kongresy, konferencie, rôzne kurzy tanečné, IT, umelecké, pohybové, jazykové... Budova má 4 nadzemné podlažia, pričom každé podlažie je orientované na na inú stranu s iným výhľadom. Strechy objektu Kongres+event centra su zelené a pochôdzne. Budova je koncipovaná do špirály, ktorá je tvorená rampami spájajúcimi výhľad na streche s priľahlým terénom.


The basic function of the Congress + event center is to cover events such as congresses, conferences, various dance, IT, art, movement, language courses ... The building has 4 floors, each floor is oriented to a different side with a different view. The roofs of the Congress + event center are green and walkable. The building is designed in a spiral, which is formed by ramps connecting the view of the roof with the adjacent terrain.

Project description

Projekt bol riešený vo VA ANO FAD STU v zimnom semestri 4. ročníka. Kongress+event centrum je vypracované do hĺbky architektonickej štúdie s kompletnými analýzami.


The project was solved in VA ANO FAD STU in the winter semester of the 4th year. The congress + event center is elaborated in-depth architectural study with complete analyzes.

Technical information

Vstup do centra je orientovaný na západ. Pri vstupe do budovy je najdominujúcejším prvkom točité schodisko, ktoré prechádza cez všetky ndzemné podlažia. Z 1.NP je prístup do hlavnej veľkej kongresovej sály so 780 miestami na sedenie. Táto sála je najväčším priestorom v budove a prechádza cez 3 podlažia. Najnižšia podlaha tejto sály sa nachádza na 1.PP, z kade je prístup do backstagu. Nachádzajú sa tam priestory pre účinkujúcich, maskérňa, šatne v prípade predstavení a catering v prípade konania akcií ako sú napríklad plesy. Celá sála je variabilným priestorom s mobilnou tribúnou. Prístup do tejto sály je aj z 2.NP, kde sa nachádza balkón. Na medziposchodí 2.NP' sa nachádza privátny skybox, z ktorého je taktiež výhľad do veľkej kongresovej sály. Na 1.NP sa tiež nachádza bufet s variabilným a výstavným prestoorom.

Na 2. NP sa okrem balkóna ku veľkej kongresovej sále nachádza aj malá kongresová miestnosť, ktorú je možné rozdeliť na 2 priestory možné využiť aj na pohybové kurzy. Na tomto podlaží sú aj kongresové miestnosti s oddychovou zónou na konci východného krídla s výhľadom na dominanty Nitry.

3.NP je hlavne výstavným priestorom s kurzovými miestnosťami. Nachádzajú sa tu priestory na jazykové , umelecké a IT kurzy. Na konci krídla sa nachádza kresliareň, ktorú je možné otvoriť do priestoru s výhľadom. Na najvyššom podlaží sa nachádzajú iba technické priestory s vertikálnou komunikáciou.

Nosným systémom je hlavne železobetónový skelet s modulom 8 100mm. Pri veľkom rozpätí veľkej kongresovej sály bola na strop použitá priestorová priehradovina. Malú kongresovú miestnostnosť, ktorá je vysunutá nad vstupmi podopiera jeden veľký stĺp, ktorý je rozdelený do troch podpier. Tuhosť tejto sály zabezpečuje vierendelov nosník po obvode.



The entrance to the center is oriented to the west. At the entrance to the building, the most dominant element is the spiral staircase, which passes through all floors. From the 1st floor there is access to the main large congress hall with 780 seats. This hall is the largest space in the building and runs over 3 floors. The lowest floor of this hall is located on the 1st floor, from where there is access to the backstag. There are spaces for performers, a make-up salon, changing rooms for performances and catering for events such as balls. The whole hall is a variable space with a mobile tribune. Access to this hall is also from the 2nd floor, where there is a balcony. On the mezzanine floor of the 2nd floor there is a private skybox, from which there is also a view of the large congress hall. On the 1st floor there is also a buffet with a variable and exhibition space.

On the 2nd floor, in addition to the balcony to the large congress hall, there is also a small congress room, which can be divided into 2 areas that can also be used for exercise courses. On this floor there are also congress rooms with a rest area at the end of the east wing with a view of the landmarks of Nitra.

The 3rd floor is mainly an exhibition space with course rooms. There are spaces for language, art and IT courses. At the end of the wing there is a drawing room, which can be opened into a space with a view. On the top floor there are only technical rooms with vertical communication.

The supporting system is mainly a reinforced concrete skeleton with a module of 8,100 mm. With a large span of the large congress hall, a three-dimensional dam was used on the ceiling. The small congress room, which is extended above the entrances, is supported by one large pillar, which is divided into three supports. The rigidity of this hall is ensured by the vierendel beam around the perimeter.
