The goal of the project is the development and creation of an artistic and expressive space-planning structure of the structure of a residential building that meets the urban development requirements of the development, capable of providing a high level of living of the family size and demographic composition, with the cost-effectiveness of planning and constructive solutions. Residential complex intended for the city center of Krasnodar. It is based on an analysis of the creative principles of the architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The proposed construction of a connecting pedestrian zone at the level of the second floor, where open public spaces are organized. The main idea is to create a visual impression of the overhanging residential area, while maintaining the unity of the entire complex.
The complex consists of three buildings, different in planning and purpose. There is a gallery-type building with business-class apartments, a building with two-level apartments with access to open public areas. The third building contains public spaces and service functions.
