Project idea

Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo navrhnúť Radnicu, ktorá je umiestnená v meste Nitra v časti Párovských lúk. Nachádza sa na hlavnom pešom ťahu- bulvári. Hmota radnice bola tvorená skladaním štyroch základných priestorov. Hlavným determinantom bolo umiestnenie stavby do nárožia bloku. Takto vznikol pôdorysný L tvar. Do severného krídla bol umiestnený priestor svadobnej sály a druhé, objemnejšie východné krídlo zaberá priestor administratívy radnice. Dominantným prvkom radnice je exponovaná kocka, ktorá vystupuje zjednoduchej hmoty za účelom vytvorenia výhľadu na Nitrianský hrad zinteriéru budovy. Veľká kongresová sála, ktorá sa nachádza na 2.NP vystupuje do otvorenej galérie vstupného priestoru radnice. Tento priestor je dobre viditeľný pre návštevníkov. Je vyjadrením demokratického politického zriadenia krajiny.


The aim of the bachelor’s thesis was to design the Town hall, which is located in the main pedestrian move- on boulevard in Parovskeluky, Nitra. The mass of the town hall was formed by composition of four main spaces. The main determinant was the location of the building in the corner of the block. This created the L-shaped floor plan. The space of the wedding hall was placed in north wing and the space of the town hall administration occupies the larger, east wing. The dominant element of the town hall is an exposed cube, which protrudes from a simple mass in order to create a view of Nitra Castle from the interior of the building. The large congress hall, located on the 2nd floor, is visible from the open gallery of the entrance hall of the town hall. Project description

Projekt bol zadaním bakalárskej práce. Hĺbka vypracovania zodpovedá projektu pre stavebné povolenie. Riešené bolo aj realizačné prehĺbenie hygieny a detaily riešenia exponovaniej kocky. Radnica má pozostávať z jedného podzemného podlažia a maximálne dvoch nadzemných podlaží. Má byť navrhnutá spôsobom „design forall“, čo znamená nutnosť zohľadniť potreby každého človeka s ohľadom aj na jeho obmedzenia. V administratívnej budove je nutné vytvoriť priestorovú flexibilitu. Súčasťou radnice je aj sobášna sieň. Do objektu je možné zakomponovať aj iné funkcie, ktoré dokážu kolaborovať s prevádzkou radnice.


The project was the assignment of a bachelor's thesis. The depth of elaboration corresponds to the project for the building permit. The implementation deepening of hygiene and details of the solution of the exposed cube were also solved. The town hall should consist of one underground floor and a maximum of two above-ground floors. It should be designed in a "design for all" way, which means taking into account the needs of each person, taking into account their limitations. It is necessary to create spatial flexibility in the administrative building. The town hall also has a wedding hall. It is possible to incorporate other functions into the building, which can collaborate with the operation of the town hall.

Technical information

Pri vstupe do hlavnej administratívnej časti budovy vchodom z bulváru sa pred zádverím nachádza závetrie, ktoré je vytvorené konzolou. Zo zádveria sa dostaneme do miestnosti prvého kontaktu, ktorá môže byť otvorená aj v prípade uzatvorenia administratívy radnice.

Taktiež zo zádveria je prístupná kaviareň, ktorá sa nachádza v nárožnej polohe budovy. Táto kaviareň sa nachádza pod konzolou, ktorá vytvára tienenie a taktiež pomáha dotvoriť nárožie. Z kaviarne je prístupná hygiena pre verejnosť ktorá ma vstup aj zo sobášnej miestnosti a priestoru radnice. Hygiena dokáže fungovať aj v prípade uzatvorenia niektorej prevádzky, tým že je prístupná z chodby, ktorá sa uzatvorí z potrebnej strany. To zabezpečí možnosť delenia radnice na samostatne fungujúce celky aj bez riešenia hygieny v každej prevádzke.

Pri vstupe do vestibulu sa nám otvára otvorený priestor cez dve podlažia, z ktorého je dobre viditeľná veľká zasadacia miestnosť na 2.NP. Hneď pred zádverím sa nachádzajú informácie. Od informačného pultu má pracovník dobrý prehľad nad chodom radnice. Hneď z vestibulu je prístupná zasadacia miestnosť, ktorá je obklopená zeleňou. Z vestibulu je taktiež prístup k vertikálnej komunikácií (výťahu a schodisku). Úniková cesta vedie do vnútrobloku a z tohto vstupu sú prístupne taktiež sklady, ktoré môže využívať upratovacia služba, resp. v prípade potreby je jednu miestnosť možne využiť aj ako administratívny priestor prepojený s pokladňou.

Na 1.NP sa nachádzajú prevádzky, ktoré sú bežne prístupné verejnosti. Mestská polícia je umiestnená na severnej strane radnice a má samostatný vstup ako z priestorov radnice, tak aj z vnútrobloku. Vedľa mestskej polície sa nachádza pokladňa. Taktiež sa na 1.NP nachádza blok stavebného úradu, ktorý pozostáva zo zasadacej miestnosti, kancelárie vedúceho stavebného úradu a kancelárie pracovníkov. Ku stavebnému úradu taktiež patrí jeden sklad pre používané dokumenty na 1.NP a druhý veľký archív pre archivované dokumentácie v suteréne, ktorý je prepojený so stavebným úradom pomocným výťahom. Tento výťah ma stavebný úrad spoločný s matrikou, ktorá sa nachádza vedľa a taktiež má svoj archív v suteréne. Na tomto podlaží je umiestnená aj hygiena s kuchynkou pre zamestnancov.

Sobášna sieň, ktorá sa nachádza na 1.NP má samostatný hlavný vstup na východnej fasáde. Po prechode zádverím sa dostávame do vestibulu v ktorom je umiestnená šatňa na odloženie kabátov. Vestibul sobášnej siene je prepojený s vestibulom radnice, a v prípade uzatvorenej prevádzky radnice je možné tieto priestory oddeliť posuvnou priečkou. Z vestibulu sa nám otvára pohľad do vnútrobloku, ktorý je s ním prepojený aj dvojkrídlovými dverami. Taktiež sa vedľa šatne nachádza miestnosť na úpravu nevesty. Do priestorov svadobnej sály sa je možné dostať aj z podzemného parkoviska, kde je na tento účel zriadený výťah ktorý môže fungovať aj po zastavení prevádzky administratívy. Do hlavnej svadobnej siene sa svadobčania dostanú dvojkrídlovými dverami. Svadobná sála má obdĺžnikový pôdorysný tvar a v jej čele sa nachádza zelená stena, ktorá dotvorí atmosféru obradu. Matrika je prístupná z vestibulu aj zo svadobnej sály. Vedľajším vstupom a zapustením chodby pomocných miestností sobášnej sály, ktorými sú miestnosť sobášiaceho, miestnosť, zapisovateľa, a technická miestnosť sa oddelili prevádzky a tým sa zabezpečí nerušený chod obradov. Svadobná sála môže byť variovaná rôznym mobiliárom, na ktorý je zriadený sklad vedľa nej. Zo svadobnej sály je v prípade potreby vytvorený aj priami vstup do vnútrobloku.

Do garáži v suteréne sa autá dostanú autovýťahom vedľa ktorého sa v suteréne nachádza jeho strojovňa. V garáži je 18 parkovacích miest, z ktorých sú dve vyhradené ako bezbariérové. V 1.PP sa nachádzajú technické miestnosti ako strojovňa tepelných čerpadiel, strojovňa vzduchotechniky, strojovňa chladenia, elektrorozvodňa a vzduchotechnika garáže. Umiestnené sú tu taktiež archív matriky a archív stavebného úradu prepojené s 1.NP obslužným výťahom.
Zo suterénu vedie jedna hlavná úniková cesta s výťahom ktorá vedie do hlavného vestibulu radnice. Osobitne je riešený výťah ktorý obslúži len svadobné miestnosti v prípade uzatvorenej radnice. V suteréne sa taktiež nachádzajú pomocné sklady.

Na 2.NP sa nachádzajú priestory, ktoré nie sú primárne prístupné verejnosti. Je tu umiestnená veľká zasadacia miestnosť otvorená do átria, ktorej presklené plochy môžu byť ošetrené inteligentným sklom( fóliou). Z oboch strán zasadacej miestnosti sa nachádzajú sekretariáty prednostu a starostu, ktorí majú kancelárie v nárožných polohách. Na tomto podlaží sa nachádza, sociálne oddelenie, ekonomické oddelenie, oddelenie rozpočtu a majetku, miestnosť hlavného kontrolóra a stredná zasadacia miestnosť. V strede je taktiež umiestnená malá zasadacia miestnosť zo zeleňou tak ako na 1.NP. Na druhom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza hygiena totožná z hygienou o poschodie nižšie a taktiež tu majú zamestnanci kuchynku. Oddychová zóna je vysunutá z obvodovej steny radnice a vytvára výhľad na Nitriansky hrad. Z exteriéru vytvára „exponovanú kocku“.

Nosnou konštrukciou objektu je oceľobetónový skelet, stužený oceľobetónovými stenami. Stropy sú primárne bezprievlakové, ale v pozdĺžnom smere dvojpodlažnej časti sa nachádza prievlak ako stužujúci prvok. Základným prierezom stĺpov je kruh s priemerom 400mm. V prípade potreby stĺpy menia tvar pre čistejšiu dispozíciu. Obvodový plášť je taktiež oceľobetónový. Vnútorné priečky sú murované s hrúbkou 120mm. V hygienických miestnostiach majú hrúbku 150mm. Ďalšie zvislé konštrukcie sú vložené presklenné deliace priečky.

Budovu v horizontálnom smere rozdeľujú stropné dosky bezprievlakové hrúbky 250mm. Rozpony stĺpov sú 8 100mm a 5 400mm. Tieto moduly vyhovujú umiestneniu parkovacích miest v garáži. Pod stropmi sú realizované podhľady.





At the entrance to the main administrative part of the building through the entrance from the boulevard, there is a leeward in front of the vestibule, which is created by a console. From the vestibule we get to the room of the first contact, which can be opened even in the event of the closure of the town hall administration.

There is also a café accessible from the vestibule, which is located in the corner position of the building. This cafe is located under the console, which creates shading and also creates a corner. Hygiene is accessible from the café for the public, which also has access from the wedding room and the town hall. This will ensure the possibility of dividing the town hall into independently functioning units even without a hygiene solution in each operation.

At the entrance to the lobby, an open space opens up across two floors, from which a large meeting room on the 2nd floor is clearly visible. From the information desk, the employee has a good overview of the operation of the town hall. Right from the lobby is a meeting room, which is surrounded by greenery. From the lobby there is also access to vertical roads (elevator and stairs). The escape route leads to the courtyard and from this entrance there are also accessible warehouses that can be used by the cleaning service, resp. if necessary, one room can also be used as an administrative space connected to the cash register.

On the 1st floor there are rooms that are normally accessible to the public. The city police is located on the north side of the town hall and has a separate entrance from both the town hall and the courtyard. There is a cash register next to the city police. There is also a building office block on the 1st floor, which consists of a meeting room, the office of the head of the building office and a staff office. The building office also includes one warehouse for used documents on the 1st floor and a second large archive for archived documentation in the basement, which is connected to the building office by an auxiliary elevator. This elevator has a building office in common with the registry office, which is located next door and also has its archive in the basement. Hygiene with a kitchen for employees is also located on this floor.

The wedding hall, which is located on the 1st floor, has a separate main entrance on the east facade. The vestibule of the wedding hall is connected to the vestibule of the town hall, and in the case of closed operation of the town hall, these spaces can be separated by a sliding partition. From the lobby, a view opens up to the courtyard, which is also connected to it by a double-leaf door. There is also a dressing room for the bride next to the main dressing room. It is also possible to get to the wedding hall from the underground car park, where an elevator has been set up for this purpose, which can operate even after the administration has stopped.The wedding guests can get to the main wedding hall through a double door. The wedding hall has a rectangular floor plan and in front of it is a green wall, which completes the atmosphere of the ceremony. The registry office is accessible from the lobby and the wedding hall. The wedding hall can be varied with various furniture, on which a warehouse is set up next to it. If necessary, a direct entrance to the courtyard is created from the wedding hall.

The cars in the basement can be reached by car lift, next to which there is his engine room in the basement. There are 18 parking spaces in the garage, two of which are reserved as barrier-free. In the 1st floor there are technical rooms such as a heat pump engine room, an air conditioning engine room, a cooling engine room, an electrical substation and a garage air conditioning system. There is also an archive of the registry office and an archive of the building office connected to the 1st floor by a service elevator.
From the basement there is one main escape route with an elevator that leads to the main vestibule of the town hall. The elevator is specially designed to serve only the wedding rooms in the case of a closed town hall. There are also auxiliary warehouses in the basement.

On the 2nd floor there are spaces that are not primarily accessible to the public. There is a large meeting room open to the atrium, whose glazed areas can be treated with intelligent glass (foil). On both sides of the meeting room are the secretaries of the head and the mayor, who have offices in corner positions. On this floor there is a social department, an economic department, a budget and property department, a chief inspector's room and a central meeting room. In the middle there is also a small meeting room with greenery as on the 1st floor. On the second floor, there is hygiene identical to the hygiene one floor below, and also here employees have a kitchen. The relaxation zone is extended from the perimeter wall of the town hall and creates a view of the Nitra Castle. It creates an "exposed cube" from the exterior.

The supporting structure of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton, reinforced with reinforced concrete walls. The basic cross-section of the columns is a circle with a diameter of 400 mm. If necessary, the columns change shape. The perimeter cladding is also made of reinforced concrete. The internal partitions are brick with a thickness of 120 mm. In hygienic rooms they have a thickness of 150 mm. Other vertical constructions are inserted glass partitions. The spans of the columns are 8,100 mm and 5,400 mm. These modules suit the location of parking spaces in the garage.
