Project idea

Project of a multi-family residential building located on the outskirts of Sofia.

Project description

The building, thanks to its simple form, fits into the context of multi-family housing, and at the same time, thanks to the parametrically designed structure set on the facade, it is an icon among everyday multi-family housing. In addition, there are vertical gardens on the facades, which also refer to the nature surrounding the plot. They allow the building to fit better in its context. Thanks to the variation of the form in the form of protrusions and overhangs, it was possible to create a building offering apartments of various sizes, tailored to the needs of its residents.

Technical information

Project is a simple reinforced concrete structure. In its construction it does not differ from usual multi-storey residential buildings. The construction has been enriched with parametrically designed facade metal cladding.
