Open Bauhaus. Hochschule Anhalt. Dess Arc

Project idea

Considering that Bauhaus is a school of Architecture and
currently the study program is only for master students we
decided that our main target group must be them.
For changing the dedication of the spaces we are based on
the requirements of current master students.

'what spaces they need the most?'
Their answer is that they already have work places but they
need more shared spaces where all their friends and other
people can join them.
For this reason we have decided to name our project
Open Bauhaus.

Project description

'why Open?'
Because the changes that have been made at the roof of the
building allow access to everyone not only for our target
group but also for other groups such as professors, tourists,
students, guests, random people..
For easier interconnection of living and working spaces is
made access above the Bauhaus stage, which can be
transformed into usable space.
Students will be able to use the roof as the most potential
place for parties, watching movies...
'like a space for everyone'.

The purpose of cooperative dwelling is to create shared
spaces and at the same time to preserve the current state of
the building, not to change the concept.
So let us strive for, conceive and create the new concept of
the future that will unite people from around the world in one
space!!!
