The proposed “E-DEN”, A KNOWLEDGE PROCESS OUTSOURCING PARK would be situated at Subic Freeport Zone and would be an opportunity for the potential locals of Subic, These proposal would contain various buildings with offices, meeting rooms, function rooms, library, cafeterias and social spaces that would embody the commitment to exploring and discovering new technologies, stimulate wisdom, discovery and entrepreneurship through the interaction and collaboration of professionals drawn from top research institutions, corporations and leading companies across the globe.
detail - The study includes facilities, amenities, services and programs, the nature, operations and process needed for a Knowledge Process Park and also the activities of local and foreign users that will accommodate the said project development. The study related to the engineering aspects of the design such as detailed structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and others shall be continued to the general concepts only as well as its application to the Knowledge Process Outsource Park. Thus, Due to the complexity and scale of the problem the study in-depth is not that comprehensive, but will focus further on architectural design and solutions applied to the proposal.
The study will be limited only to the design of the proposed KPO centre and will focus on the development of the proposal, the complexity of admin intervention assessment will not be included due to distance, money, time constraints and limitation of knowledge. It will focus on the development of the proposal only and will be modified to the Configuration of the proposed project within the site. The study will only include the architectural design of the project but would not provide detailed structural, mechanical, electrical and sanitary systems.
