Project idea

Using the concept of green scenery with full Low-E glass material can reflect the view of the building next to it and interprets the environment-friendly feel because of the use of glass that looks like a screen.

Project description

There are several problems such as the location of the STU center which is in a country with 4 seasons so that a flexible design will be needed for changing seasons, the covid pandemic which is still happening until now. Therefore, there are several solutions implemented, namely designing an appropriate center to deal with the current covid pandemic by providing spots for washing hands and hand sanitizers, then also using full Low-E glass and green roof designs to maximize the sustainable concept.

Technical information

Designing a commercial space with a sustainable concept and also able to respond to the current situation (covid pandemic) and able to respond to climate change in a 4 season country
