Project idea

I wanted to create modern concrete family house. Why concrete construction? because it let me create unusual shapes, and without any plaster or cladding the house gets modern facade.

Project description

RD sojka is single storey family house. It provides enough space for 4members family. 2 covered parking spots, and separated garden house for storage. The house is located in gentle slope. All of the room windows are situated for the best view dowh the hill.

Technical information

All the carring vertical and horizontal constructions are designed as concrete sandwiches construction, with heat isolation inside. Walls and ceilings are covered in white colour plaster. Furniture and floors are designed as wooden.
