it is creating resilience futuristic structure presents the future extend of the city. by completely re_place making process. with high consist dialogue between city and sea. as well as, to be structure with multidisplainery, multi-function, polymorphlogy, and playing in the same time it’s role by protection city from sea level rise. the solution proposed is new format form place making process. is planning_eco_socio_econ structure working to stimulate the city dynamics factors, so the result is rehabilitation hole city. aslo the structure of the protection zone based on Fibonacci ration to target suitable water balance.
this structure from Fibonacci based on paths and points presented as center of gravityin the structure, this structure play main role for protection from sea currents. And i have applied it with vital corridors, wet land, living breakwater, multi functions to be great extend for water edge.
So the structure consisted of 3 corridors and 3 floating island represent points center of gravity: 1) the first is (living breakwater) that i called here the protection bow 2) second (creative ecological corridor) 3) third (space_time corridor) the floating island 1) ecological island 2)cultural island 3)panoramic island
The ecological island its center of gravity in the structure. this floating island consider entire environment. It contain: research center and laboratory, motile for researcher and students' accommodation, exhibition under water, center for risk management, panoramic exhibition with visitor's motile, zone for sustainable energy ( solar farm). So it works as sustainable battery for whole city. alot of public spaces and interactive zones, that make it a live creature.
living breakwater is actually create vital barrier, by create bio_environmental zone along path, working to collecting micro sea creatures, microbiology plankton, Aquatic weeds, and fish. by (spat tank) which is floating tank connect with nets and artificial reef, turn by the time to create vital barrier helped to reduce the power of waves and sea currents, also work as Primary line of defense in the structure. as well as this spat tank have an economics side, as it provides zone for Hydroponics, And fish farms also These ponds build symbiotic dietary relationships between fish and seaweed, making them an independent ecosystem. finally, this breakwaterprovids hight amounts of oxygen by its bio_zone. The corridor linking the city to the Irwad island and ecological island.

The corridor create to solve sea level rise on alghmaqa river. This corridor provide the protection by creating wetland on it’s estuary and along its path. With recreate for river body by wetland ,Hydroponics and siting for people to make river front more interactive, along river path there are movable landscape with café, open exhibition, fountain, green square. also on the river path beside the university there are social_sport club, rehabilitation center, center for hight interactive technology and parks.
Space_time corridor The first protection for “ancient city” and represent the futuristic extend for it. the floating corridor construction works as fish swarm to identify with sea water ocean currents and reduce its power. along its path consist of many floating units ( hydrohogical museum, tank for fishes, parks, squares, open spaces, café). the corridor begins with reminder of the concept inherited by the collective unconscious from the old city to the floating cultural island, that is an environment works to reformulate, renew and develop cultural among young people.finally ends with the panoramic island so it represent the future cultural extension of the city.
The cultural island is second center of gravity in the structure. The floating island is an environment for high-level cultural events. to reformulate, renew and develop culture among young people. the island contains (research center for cultural and exhibition(RCMC), Aquarium exhibition underwater, opera, motel for visitors, public spaces, boulevard and plaza). also it work as sustainable cultural battery for city. and provide resilient cultural extended future for the city.
The panoramic island The third point center of gravity in the structure. now is the final phase, the people are ready to interactive with each other by many active and interactive zone. it have tourists_eco identity. Contain panoramic ring bridge has view on all tartous waterfront so as you walk inside you can see all tartous in panoramic view. and it contain café, restaurants, plaza for tourist social events. at the end this island represents the final visionary of the project.
