Project idea

Můj návrh se snažil nekonkurovat tvary ani hmotami Janáčkovu divadlu, které má samo o sobě velmi silný výraz. Takže jsem začala zlehka a snažila se dostat dispozici do jednoduchého tvaru kvádru, jelikož organika k Janáčkovu divadlu mi nepřišla jako dobrý nápad a na menší parcel by s ní bylo složitější pracovat. Dále jsem pracovala s děním uvnitř divadla. Odehrává se zde jak balet, tak opera a divadelní hry. Toto vše mi spojoval pohyb, zvuk a hru. Z toho jsem si vyvodila jisté křivky a plochy a s nimi poté pracovala na fasádě i uvnitř v kavárně v podobě podhledu. Vyvozené křivky jsem zpracovala do podob lamel, které v exteriéru řeším z hliníku a v interiéru ze sádrokartonu. Na fasádě lamely splývají přes téměř všechny okna a chrání tak jižní stranu před přehříváním interiéru a na severní straně tak chrání od hluku z křižovatky za parkem. Uvnitř objektu tyto lamely plní funkci akustického podhledu. Lamely dostaly svůj tvar odvozením z křivek pohybu a zvuku, takže mají tvar jakýchsi prohnutých vln jako v pohledu (přesahují místy atiku střechy), tak do prostoru.

ENGLISH
My suggestion was not to compete with the shapes or materials of Janáček's Theater, which has a very strong expression in itself. So I started slightly and tried to get into a simple shape of a block, because the organic to Janacek's theater did not come to me as a good idea, and on a smaller plot it would be harder to work with it. I also worked with the action inside the theater. There are both ballet, opera and theater plays. Everything connected me with movement, sound and play. From that I deduced certain curves and surfaces and then I worked with them on the facade and inside the cafe in the form of a ceiling. I worked out the curves, made in the form of slats, which are made of aluminum in the exterior and in the interior of plasterboard. On the facade, it easily connects through almost all windows and protects the southern side from overheating the interior, and protects against the noise from the intersection behind the park on the north side. Inside the building, these lamellae feature an acoustic ceiling. Lamels have their shape derived from motion and sound curves, so they have the shape of some bent waves as in the view (beyond the roof's attic) and into the space.

CHARAKTER ÚZEMÍ
Pozemek navrženého objektu leží v Brně u Janáčkova divadla mezi ulicemi Rooseveltova a Koliště. Kolem parcely se nachází také park Koliště, který dělá toto prostředí příjemným pro oddych, ikdyž je v samém centru města. Nicméně okolní ulice jsou velmi rušné, takže zde přece jen jde poznat, že jsme v centru města. Parcela se nachází na sever od Janáčkova divadla a má koncipován jeden vstup z jeho terasy.
Objekt je napojen na stávající komunikace kolem parcely pochozím chodníkem, který je ale také pojízdný pro potřeby zásobování objektu.
Jelikož se parcela nachází v centru Brna, je zde velmi dobrá dostupnost do všech jeho částí. V blízkosti je zastávka tramvají Česká, Moravské náměstí a Janáčkovo divadlo a další. Také je zde dobrá dostupnost autobusem a přímo pod terasou před divadlem jsou podzemní parkoviště pro vlastní potřeby, které jsou napojeny průchodem na kavárnu.

URBANISTICKÉ ŘEŠENÍ
Zástavba okolí je různorodá, většinou jsou to čtyř až pěti podlažní objekty se sedlovými či plochými střechami, dále je zde významný objekt Janáčkova divadla, který je pro okolí a návrh kavárny specifický.
Pozemek leží v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra a všech zastávek MHD. Má také dobré napojení na automobilové komunikace, které vedou téměř kolem parcely. Parkovací místa jsou například pod terasou u divadla, ze kterých je přímo vstup do objektu, či podél chodníků ulic Rooseveltovy i Koliště.
Vjezd na pozemek je uzpůsoben ze severní strany parcely.
Kolem parcely se nachází základní veřejná vybavenost jakožto restaurace, obchody, kostely, parky, MHD, apod.
Celkově parcela umožňuje dostatečné soukromí pro svůj provoz díky obklopení zelení z jedné strany a dále napojením na terasu Janáčkova divadla ze strany druhé, jelikož se zde vyskytují pouze chodci.

DISPOZIČNÍ ŘEŠENÍ
Objekt navrhuji jako dvoupodlažní, kdy 1.PP leží pod okolním terénem 90cm, a plynule navazuje na podzemní garáže pod terasou, a 1.NP je vyvýšeno nad terasu Janáčkova divadla 45cm.
Objekt jsem umístila přímo k terase, aby zde nevznikla žádná lávka či můstek, a od parku jsem svahovala terén v “rampy” tak, aby nebyl objekt utopený, ale navazoval plynule na okolí.
V 1.PP umísťuji několik provozů. Je zde technické zázemí budovy, dále na něj navazují místnosti pro zaměstnance (šatny, wc, sprchy). Poté zde umísťuji výstavní prostor, který je otevřený a částečně slouží jako horizontální i vertikální komunikace a spojuje park, objekt (obě patra)a parkoviště pod terasou. Poté je zde umístěn salónek, který bude pronajímatelný pro různé oslavy, meetingy a menší události, a ke kterému náleží sklad nábytku. A také zde řeším přípravnu, ke které náleží sklad jídel, a ze které vede jídelní výtah za pult obsluhy, který se nachází v kavárně v 1.NP.
V 1.NP zabírá nejvíce plochy odbytový prostor kavárny. Dále zde najdeme šatnu pro vystupujícího, která se nachází za pódiem. Poté jsou zde toalety pro hosty i pro zaměstnance a také oddělené schodiště pro zaměstnance, které vede z poza přípravny v 1.PP do místa za barem v 1.NP.

CHARACTER OF TERRITORY
The plot of the proposed building is located in Brno near the Janacek Theater between the streets of Roosevelt and Koliště. Around the parcel there is the park Koliště, which makes this environment pleasant for relaxation, even if it is in the very center of the city. However, the surrounding streets are very busy, so here we are to know that we are in the city center. The plot is located north of the Janacek Theater and has one entrance from its terrace.
The building is connected to the existing road around the parcel through the walkway, but it is also mobile for the supply of the object.
Since the plot is located in the center of Brno, there is very good accessibility to all its parts. There is a tram stop called Česká, Moravske namesti and Janacek Theater. There is also good bus access and directly under the terrace in front of the theater there are underground parking for your own needs, which are connected by a pass to the café.

URBANISTIC SOLUTION
The surrounding area is varied, most of them are four to five storeys with saddle or flat roofs, there is also a significant Janáček Theater, which is specific to the surroundings and design of the café.
The land is within walking distance of the center and all public transport stops. It also has good connections to automobile communications that lead almost around the parcel. For example, parking spaces are under the theater's terrace, directly from the building, along the sidewalks of Roosevelt and Koliště.
The entrance to the plot is adapted from the northern side of the parcel.
Around the parcel there are basic public amenities as restaurants, shops, churches, parks, public transport, etc.
Overall, the plot allows for sufficient privacy for its operation due to the green surroundings on one side and the connection to the terrace of the Janáček Theater on the other side, as there are only pedestrians.


DISPOSAL SOLUTION
The building is designed as a two-storey building, where the 1st floor is situated under the terrain of 90cm, and it continuously follows the underground garage under the terrace, and the 1st floor is raised above the terrace of Janacek Theater 45cm.
I placed the building directly on the patio so that no footbridge or bridge could be built, and I sloped the terrain in the "ramp" from the park so that the object was not drowned but connected smoothly to the surroundings.
In the 1st PC I place several operations. There is a technical background of the building, and there are rooms for employees (changing rooms, wc, showers). Then I place an exhibition space that is open and partly serves as a horizontal and vertical communication and connects the park, the object (both floors) and the parking lot under the terrace. Then there is a lounge, which will be rented for various celebrations, meetings and smaller events, and to which the furniture store belongs. And I also solve the preparation that belongs to the food store, and from which leads the dining elevator behind the operator's desk, which is located in the café in the 1st floor.
In the 1st floor occupies the most area of ​​the cafeteria. There is also a dressing room for the performer, located behind the stage. After that there are toilets for the guests and for the employees as well as a separate staircase for the employees who leads from the picture of the preparation in the 1st floor to the place behind the bar in the 1st floor.

Technical information

KONSTRUKCE A MATERIÁLOVÉ ŘEŠENÍ
Obvodové a nosné vnitřní zdovi bude převážně z keramických tvarovek Porotherm, či bude ze železobetonu (ten bude v místě vetknutého schodiště). Příčky řeším též z keramických tvarovek.
Stropy budou ze stropních desek Spiroll a schodiště bude železobetonové.
Podlahy budou pokryty kobercem (v kavárně), ale na toaletách apod. bude položena dlažba.
Omítky budou sádrové v bílé, šedé či zleté barvě. Podhled bude ze sádrokartonu řešený také v šedé barvě.
Venkovní lamely budou z hliníkových profilů. Prostor baru bude ozvláštněn černým mramorem.
Dále jsme řešili část TZB, kde jsme počítali osvětlení, prodění vzduchu a vytápění. Zde jsem volila 2 druhy světel. Jedny nástěnné svítící nahoru i dolů, které prostor ozvláštní, a druhé stropní zavěsené liniové zformované do tvaru vlny.

ENGLISH
CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL SOLUTION
The perimeter and load-bearing inner wall will be mainly Porotherm ceramic pieces, whether they are from reinforced concrete (which will be at the staircase). The partitions are also made of ceramic fittings.
The ceilings will be from the Spiroll ceiling and the staircase will be reinforced concrete.
The floors will be covered with a carpet (in the café), but in the toilets etc. will be laid tiles.
Plasters will be plaster in white, gray or yellow color. The ceiling will be made of plasterboards also in gray.
The outdoor slats will be made of aluminum profiles. The bar area will be lined with black marble.
We also solved part of the TZB, where we calculated the lighting, the air flow and the heating. Here I chose 2 kinds of lights. One wall illuminated upwards and downwards, which space is perfect, and the second ceiling suspended line shaped into a wave shape.
