Project idea

Projekt aranżacji mieszkania w zadanych relacjach zewnętrznych / strony świata, doświetlenie, system komunikacji wewnętrznej, piony, konstrukcja/.
Zadaniem projektowym jest:
• Zaprojektowanie w zadanym obrysie ścian zewnętrznych budynku jednorodzinnego (w zabudowie szeregowej) rozwiązania funkcjonalnego parteru budynku w sposób uwzględniający potrzeby mieszkaniowe lub potrzeby prowadzenia nieuciążliwej działalności gospodarczej.
• Zaprojektowanie aranżacji nowoczesnego wnętrza parteru budynku (z uwzględnieniem współczesnych materiałów wykończeniowych, umeblowania i opraw świetlnych) w sposób dostosowany do przyjętego rozwiązania funkcjonalnego.
Inspiracja:
Zainspirowana moimi białoruskimi korzeniami, polegałam na kolorach używanych w pasach słuckich, noszony przez szlachtę w Koronie i na Litwie do kontusza. I właśnie w tej okolicy znajduje się moja wioska, w której się urodzili, wychowali i w której żyją moi krewni. Pasy wykonywano najczęściej z jedwabiu, były bogato zdobione - w droższe wplatano złote i srebrne nici . Tkano je w bogate kolorystycznie wzory, chętnie wykorzystując motywy orientalne.
Pas mówił wiele o jego właścicielu. Określał nie tylko status społeczny i materialny szlachcica, ale nawet wyznanie. Kolor pasa i jego węzeł oraz wzór niosły dodatkowe informacje.
Dziś starożytne pasy słuckie są rzadkością: pojedyncze egzemplarze i fragmenty są przechowywane na Białorusi, a większość dzieł krajowej sztuki dekoracyjnej i użytkowej znajduje się w zbiorach muzealnych i prywatnych na świecie .
Niemniej jednak w naszym kraju odrodziły się unikalne tradycje produkcji pasów słuckich. Współcześni mistrzowie wykonują dokładne kopie, analogi i stylizacje artystyczne.
Pod względem składu pas słucki dzieli się na trzy części : dwa prostokątne końce („głowy”) i główną część („środek”).

Na „głowach” utkane wzory kwiatów, splecione łodygi z liśćmi, gałęziami drzew, medalionami o różnych kształtach. Główna część składa się z poprzecznych gładkich pasków.
Wzdłuż boków pasa - wąska ramka z kwiatowymi ornamentami . Końce uzupełnia również pasek z ornamentem i pędzlem . Na każdym pasie mistrzowie słuccy umieszczali specjalne znaki : w czasach Rzeczypospolitej Obojga Narodów - w języku łacińskim, później w cyrylicy: „SLUCK”, „SLUCIAE”, „SLUCIAE FECIT”, „MEFECIT SLUCIAE” („Zostałem uczyniony Słucku”).
Dlatego zaprojektowałam wnętrze domu w naturalnych kolorach i materiałach, zainspirowanych tym paskiem.
Chciałam stworzyć odważne wnętrze o nowoczesnym designie, ale jednocześnie nawiązujące do przeszłości, dlatego zastosowałam neutralne naturalne materiały, takie jak: drewno, metal i naturalny kamień.

The project task is to:
• Design in a given outline of the external walls of a single-family building (in a terraced building) a functional solution of the ground floor of the building in a way that takes into account housing needs.

• Design the modern interior of the ground floor of the building (including modern finishing materials, furnishings and light fixtures) in a way adapted to the adopted functional solution

Inspiration:
Inspired by my Belarusian roots, I relied on the colors used in the Słucki belts, worn by the nobility in the Crown and Lithuania to the continuus. And it is in this area that my village is located, where my relatives were born, raised and lived. Belts were made mostly of silk, they were richly decorated - in more expensive weave gold and silver threads . They were woven into rich color patterns, gladly using oriental motifs.
Pas said a lot about his owner. He defined not only the social and material status of the nobleman, but even the confession. The color of the belt and its knot and pattern carried additional information.
Today, ancient Słuckie strips are rare: individual copies and fragments are stored in Belarus, and most of the works of national decorative and applied art are in museum and private collections in the world.
Nevertheless, in our country, unique traditions of production of słucki belts have been reborn. Modern masters make accurate copies, analogies and artistic stylizations.
In terms of composition, the słucki belt is divided into three parts: two rectangular ends ("heads") and the main part ("middle").

On the "heads" woven patterns of flowers, intertwined stems with leaves, branches of trees, medallions of different shapes. The main part consists of transverse smooth strips.
Along the sides of the belt - a narrow frame with floral ornaments . The ends are also complemented by a belt with an ornament and a brush. On each belt, the masters of the service placed special signs : in the times of the Republic of Both Nations - in Latin, later in Cyrillic: "SLUCK", "SLUCIAE", "SLUCIAE FECIT", "MEFECIT SLUCIAE" ("I was made Słuucku").
Therefore, I designed the interior of the house in natural colors and materials, inspired by this stripe.
I wanted to create a bold interior with a modern design, but at the same time referring to the past, which is why I used neutral natural materials such as wood, metal and natural stone.

Technical information

Wszystkie układy w tym projekcie są tworzone dla harmonijnego i wygodnego życia. Parter budynku jednorodzinnego został wybrany tak, aby zapewnić wszystkim wystarczająco dużo miejsc.On zajmuje powierzchnie 75,6 m2 .
Wysokość sufitu budunka jednorodzinnego wynosi 2.8 metry. To wizualnie powiększa pokój, a także pomaga wypełnić mieszkanie powietrzem i naturalnym światłem.
Parter ma zasadę otwartej przestrzeni. Salon z maksymalnym światłem dziennym staje się atrakcją dla całej rodziny, co pozwala przyjmować towarzystwo przyjaciół i cieszeć się czasem z najbliższymi. Kolorystyka jest powściągliwa: kolory i tekstury drewna, głęboka zieleń, wszystkie odcienie beżu, kolory i wzory są ze sobą połączone. Ściany pokryte są jasną farbą, na podłodze parkiet, a w części salonu dywan w kolorze głębokiej zieleni.

W tym mieszkaniu realizuje się koncepcja oszklenia panoramicznego od podłogi do sufitu z niestandardo dużymi oknami.
Duże okna w mieszkaniu to przestrzeń i wygoda, światło i lekkość. To okazja, aby być bliżej natury, miasta, będąc w ciepłym i wygodnym miejscu. To rozwiązanie wygląda stylowo i nowocześnie. Piękny widok otwiera się o każdej porze dnia. Nie wspominając o tym, że dzięki oknom na podłodze można zapomnieć o sztucznym oświetleniu przed zachodem słońca.Podziwiając piękne krajobrazy, relaksujemy się, na chwilę zapominamy o problemach i zmartwieniach, a nasze emocje stają się spokojniejsze i szczęśliwsze.
Modne i popularne rozwiązanie z panoramicznymi lub znacznie powiększonymi oknami ma wiele zalet, między innymi:

1) Przestrzeń wydaje się bardziej przestronna z powodu dużej ilości światła słonecznego;

2) Jest iluzja otwartego powietrza i uczestnictwa w ruchliwym życiu miasta, ale jednocześnie osoba jest w ciepłym i wygodnym pokoju;

3) Nie ma potrzeby dodatkowego oświetlenia;

4) Projekt wnętrza wygląda nowocześnie i stylowo.

Zaprojektowany został przestronny taras, który będzie atrakcją dla dużej przyjaznej rodziny. Tutaj wszyscy będą mieli lunch lub czat. Dlatego przy projektowaniu konstrukcji na tarasie prywatnego domu zidentyfikowano dwie strefy - z kuchni-jadalni i „miękką ziemię”. Neutralna stylistyka została zaprojektowana, aby zaspokoić różnorodne gusta wszystkich członków rodziny, a naturalne, naturalne kolory i naturalne materiały tworzą harmonię i komfort.
W projekcie są używane naturalne kolory. Taras domu jednorodzinnego - strefa graniczna między domem a otoczeniem. To terytorium relaksu i duchowej harmonii. Informacje o materiałach, wykorzystanych w projekcie:

Dlatego w projekcie wykorzystano

Wszyscy wiedzą, że drewno i szkło zawsze doskonale się łączą, dlatego zastosowałam tę technikę w projekcie.Wykorzystanie drewna we wnętrzu zmienia wygląd pokoju, przybliża ludzi do natury dzięki ekologicznemu wystrojowi. Meble o neutralnych naturalnych kolorach łączą się z jasnymi kolorami blatu, a drewniana podłoga w salone też wykonana z parkietu, ponieważ naturalne drewno ma kilka zalet:
1) izolacja cieplna;
2) przyjazność dla środowiska;
3) praktyczność;
4) połączenie ze wszystkimi kolorami, fakturami i innymi materiałami wykończeniowymi.

Kuchnia:
Fasady wykonane są z włoskiego super matowego plastiku Fenix. Fenix to nowy futurystyczny i innowacyjny materiał producenta Arpa (Włochy) o doskonałych efektach dotykowych i zdolności do regeneracji.
Taka kuchnia charakteryzuje się zwiększoną odpornością na negatywne działanie agresywnych chemikaliów, wstrząsów, ścierania, a także nie pozostawia na sobie odcisków palców. Kuchnia jest wykonana bez uchwytów. Dzięki wbudowanemu podświetleniu matowa kuchnia nie tylko wizualnie zmienia swój wygląd, ale także oświetla zaciemniony obszar roboczy kuchni.
Do tej kuchni wybrałam niezwykły złożony szary kolor, który przechodzi w odcienie czekolady, co w połączeniu z fakturą drzewa daje poczucie jedności z naturą.
Centralnym elementem kuchni jest stół wykonany z litego dębu (firma LUUS) , który jest nie tylko trwałym elementem wnętrza, ale także bardzo efektownym elementem projektu, który zapewnia przestrzeni komfort, przytulność i wygodę.

Dekoracja salonu:

Drewno i drewniane akcenty na ścianach we wnętrzu salonu zawsze wygląda bardzo efektownie i sprzyja relaksowi, ponadto ładnie pachnie i długo utrzymuje aromat olejków eterycznych.

W projektowaniu wnętrz często spotykamy różne rodzaje metalu. Najczęściej może to być chrom, złoto lub brąz. Złoto jest najbardziej luksusowym materiałem. Z całym swoim wyglądem mówi o dobrobycie i dobrobycie właścicieli. Lśniące metale szlachetne od dawna i mocno zajmują ważne miejsce w dziedzinie dekoracji wnętrz. Matowe odcienie bujnej korony drzewa nadaje pomieszczeniu szlachetny efekt. W salonu zielona ściana stanowi akcent na tle jasnych ścian,a uzupełnili ją obrazy na ścianie. W tym mieszkaniu biel daje pomieszczeniu więcej światła i wizualnie powiększa przestrzeń, a zieleń wprowadza jasną kropkę do wnętrza. Projekt został uzupełniony produktami z drewna, co ożywiło wnętrze. Pozostaje powiedzieć o drobiazgach, które są bliskie sercu: wazony, figurki, świeczniki i inne elementy dekoracyjne.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION
All layouts in this design are created for a harmonious and comfortable life. The ground floor of a single-family building was chosen to provide enough space for everyone. It covers an area of 75. 6 m2.
The height of the ceiling of a single-family building is 2. 8 meters. It visually enlarges the room, and also helps to fill the apartment with air and natural light.
The ground floor has the principle of open space. The living room with maximum daylight becomes an attraction for the whole family, which allows you to take the company of friends and enjoy the time with your loved ones. The colors are restrained: the colors and textures of the wood, deep green, all shades of beige, colors and patterns are interconnected. The walls are covered with bright paint, on the parquet floor, and in the living room part the carpet in deep green.
In this apartment, the concept of floor-to-ceiling glazing with non-standard large windows is realized.
Large windows in the apartment are space and convenience, light and lightness. It is an opportunity to be closer to nature, the city, being in a warm and comfortable place. This solution looks stylish and modern. A beautiful view opens at any time of the day. Not to mention the fact that thanks to the windows on the floor you can forget about artificial lighting before sunset. Admiring the beautiful landscapes, we relax, for a moment we forget about problems and worries, and our emotions become calmer and happier.
Fashionable and popular solution with panoramic or significantly enlarged windows has many advantages, among others:

1) The space seems more spacious due to the large amount of sunlight;

2) There is an illusion of open air and participation in the busy life of the city, but at the same time the person is in a warm and comfortable room;

3) No need for additional lighting;

4) Interior design looks modern and stylish.

A spacious terrace has been designed, which will be an attraction for a large friendly family. Here everyone will have lunch or chat. Therefore, when designing the structure on the terrace of a private house, two zones were identified - from the kitchen-dining room and "soft ground". The neutral design is designed to satisfy the diverse tastes of all family members, and natural, natural colors and natural materials create harmony and comfort.
The design uses natural colors. Terrace of a single-family house - a border zone between the house and the surroundings. It is a territory of relaxation and spiritual harmony. And simple colors will help to create a calm atmosphere: natural shades of green, natural gray-brown, warm terracotta shades. The terrace is spacious and sunny thanks to the large glazing, the bright lines of the frame are suitable in the interior: the stained wood looks very cozy.
Natural materials. Natural colors supported by natural materials: wood and metal. The gold texture looks great on lamps and candlesticks, and the raw wood is suitable for shelves, tables and chairs.
Small curtains give the room a vivid appearance, give it a coziness. This is an important element of the interior, which turns the terrace into a continuation of the house.

Information about the materials used in the project:
Since the area of the first floor is limited, it would be irrational to use the wall to divide into zones, and decorative glass perfectly performs its functions and does not take up much space, as well as glass models allow you to see the hidden space behind them and give the interior aesthetics.
In a modern style, glass partitions are real favorites, especially in small rooms. With their help, one "flowing" space is created, saturated with natural light. Transparent walls visually expand borders while protecting against excessive noise, cold and odors.
Therefore, the project used
1) AGC tempered decorative glass. Planibel dyed planibel colored (color – bronze)

2)Stratobel – laminated safety glass
Stratobel's wide range of laminated safety windows protects people and property.
Countless properties of safety glass allow you to protect people from injury and fall-what you need for a glass railing in the apartment.

Everyone knows that wood and glass always combine perfectly, which is why I applied this technique in the project. The use of wood in the interior changes the appearance of the room, brings people closer to nature thanks to the ecological décor. Furniture with neutral natural colors combines with bright colors of the table top, and the wooden floor in the living room is also made of parquet, because natural wood has several advantages:
(1) thermal insulation;
(2) environmental friendliness;
(3) practicality;
4) combination with all colors, textures and other finishing materials.

Kitchen:
The facades are made of Italian super matte Fenix plastic. Fenix is a new futuristic and innovative material from arpa manufacturer (Italy) with excellent tactile effects and the ability to regenerate.
Such a kitchen is characterized by increased resistance to the negative effects of aggressive chemicals, shocks, abrasion, and also does not leave fingerprints on itself.
The kitchen is made without handles. Thanks to the built-in backlight, the matte kitchen not only visually changes its appearance, but also illuminates the darkened work area of the kitchen.
For this kitchen, I chose an unusual complex gray color, which goes into shades of chocolate, which in combination with the texture of the tree gives a sense of unity with nature.
The centerpiece of the kitchen is a table made of solid oak (luus company), which is not only a durable element of the interior, but also a very impressive element of the design, which provides the space with comfort, coziness and comfort.

Decoration of the living room:

Wood and wooden accents on the walls in the interior of the living room always looks very glamorous and promotes relaxation, in addition, it smells nice and long maintains the aroma of essential oils.

In interior design, we often meet different types of metal. Most often it can be chrome, gold or bronze. Gold is the most luxurious material. With all its appearance it speaks of the prosperity and well-being of the owners. Shiny precious metals have long been and firmly occupy an important place in the field of interior decoration. But it can not be denied that this gold remains fashionable and in every era is highly sought after. Today, this metal is the trend of the season.
The noble, slightly matte glow of the golden spray in the room adds notes of warm shades. In addition, golden spraying is much easier to maintain than, say, chrome - it does not get dirty and there are almost no stains on it. The gloss of precious metal fits very easily and interestingly into such a technologically advanced style, which is popular in recent years, because you can use as many metal surfaces as possible. The warm glow of gold will make it an excellent company with pure white snow and a natural shade of wood.
The project also uses a dark green color (seaweed). In the interior, such a color is active and noticeable, immediately creates a certain atmosphere. Matte shades of the lush crown of the tree gives the room a noble effect. In the living room, the green wall is an accent against the background of bright walls,and it was complemented by paintings on the wall. In this apartment, white gives the room more light and visually enlarges the space, and greenery introduces a bright dot into the interior. The design was supplemented with wood products, which revived the interior. It remains to say about the trifles that are close to the heart: vases, figurines, candlesticks and other decorative elements.
