Apart from the architecturally completely worthless technical equipment building and several trees, there is also an old well on the property that has become a catchment point of the whole concept, as the only value of the land with a relationship to the original context.
Wells have been an important site for most civilizations since ancient times. People believed that they were sacred, and because of this spiritual overlap, they often served as places for people to meet, make important decisions and perform rituals.
According to many of these traditions, wells were built so that at least once of the sun's rays to shine through them one time a year.
So I decided to create an ideological connection between the building and the well. The well as a the centre of gravity of the sun's axis facing south, cutting through the mass of the building, forming a pathway light and man, making it transparent and light at the point of entry and at the moment of first of the moment of entry. Light follows the well and man follows the light.
The material solution is based on two basic shapes - blocks that are between
interlocked at an angle of 100 with a common edge at the southern corner - the point of penetration of the solar axis through the building.

Kromě architektonicky zcela nehodnotné budovy technického zařízení a několika
stromů, se na pozemku nachází i stará studna, ze které se stal záchytný bod
celého konceptu, jako jediné hodnoty pozemku se vztahem k původnímu kontextu.
Studny bývaly od pradávna důležitým místem pro většinu civilizací. Lidé věřili,
že jsou posvátné a vzhledem k tomuto duchovnímu přesahu často sloužily jako místa
setkávání lidí, dělání důležitých rozhodnutí a rituálů.
Podle mnohých těchto tradic byly studny stavěny tak, aby do nich alespoň jednou
za rok zasvítily sluneční paprsky.
Takto jsem se rozhodla vytvořit ideové propojení budovy a studny. Studna jako
těžiště sluneční osy směřující na jih, rozřezávající hmotu budovy, tvořící cestu
světlu i člověku, zprůhlednění a odlehčení v místě vstupu a v momentu prvního
dojmu. Světlo jde za studnou a člověk jde za světlem.
Hmotové řešení vychází ze dvou základních tvarů - kvádrů, které jsou mezi sebou
prolnuty pod úhlem 100 se společnou hranou v jižním nároží - místě prostupu
sluneční osy objektem.
