The aim of the design was to create a new small winery in the wine village, combined with a sales area, accommodation and something extra. In my design, I tried to create a building that partly follows the traditions so as not to disturb too much the structure of the surrounding buildings, but at the same time to offer a new perspective. The essential part of the design is the courtyard, which is the focal point around which the whole building revolves. The aim was to enclose the courtyard and divert it away from the surroundings and the road to create a private oasis of calm for visitors, overlooking the distant surroundings with a residential garden for relaxation. It is particularly important in the summer, when most tourists and wine lovers visit the village. There is also a cycling route in Kobylí, so it is important that cyclists also have the opportunity to put down their bikes and enjoy the delicious drink produced locally. The design also includes a couple of rooms for visitors to have a place to lay their heads and head out on the wine trail. After a busy day, they can unwind in the private spa.

Cieľom návrhu bolo vytvoriť vo vinárskej obci nový objekt malého vinárstva kombinovaného s odbytovým priestorom, ubytovaním a niečím navyše. V mojom návrhu som sa snažila o vytvorenie budovy, ktorá čiastočne nadväzuje na tradície tak, aby príliš nenarúšala štruktúru okolitej zástavby, ale zároveň ponúkala nový pohľad. Zásadnou časťou návrhu je nádvorie, ktoré je ústredným bodom, okolo ktorého sa točí chod celej budovy. Snahou bolo nádvorie uzavrieť a odkloniť od okolia a cesty, aby vznikla súkromná oáza pokoja pre návštevníkov, s výhľadom do ďalekého okolia s pobytovou záhradou na oddych. Dôležitá je hlavne letná prevádzka, kedy obec navštevuje najviac turistov a milovníkov vína. V obci Kobylí vedie aj cyklo trasa, preto je dôležité, aby aj cyklisti mali možnosť si odložiť svojho tátoša a vychutnať si slastný nápoj, ktorý sa vyrába na danom mieste. Súčasťou návrhu je aj pár izieb pre návštevníkov, aby mali miesto kde skloniť hlavu a vydať sa na vínnu stezku. Po náročnom dni si môžu oddýchnuť v súkromnom wellness.
