The aim of my studio work is an urban and architectural study of a specific form of housing - sheltered housing in Kociánka in Brno. Within the existing complex I have selected suitable locations for shared housing for adult clients with different types of disabilities. Furthermore, I am placing a building for a work opportunity (sheltered workshop, shop with manufactured goods) on the border of the complex, so that it is easily accessible for customers from the outside. This study also includes the design of the layout of the individual shared households for specific clients. The study includes a proposal for the landscaping of the surrounding area of the site.
The sheltered housing buildings are proposed at the southern foot of the slope of the site. They are accessible both from Křižíkova Street, where they connect to the current entrance to the site, and to the road inside. I am proposing the work area (sheltered workshop and shop) as a separate building on the boundary of the site, adjacent to the car park, which is part of the solution. The parking lot is modified from the original paved area with sloping parking (approx. 115 parking spaces), to perpendicular parking spaces (79 parking spaces, 5 parking spaces for people with reduced mobility and 8 longitudinal parking spaces along the road (Křižíkova Street) and also 4 parking spaces at the entrance to the Kralovopolska Engineering Plant. I also propose to convert the existing bus stops into bus bays (due to the busy Křižíkova Street and the entrances to the engineering plant this solution is appropriate.
The sloping terrain was essential for this proposal. The aim was to design the housing to relate harmoniously to the greenery that is abundant on the site and the character of the surrounding buildings. I wanted the housing to evoke a family atmosphere for the clients, which is why the houses are divided into 3 buildings of no more than 3 storeys. The buildings are partially recessed into the hillside. Each building consists of a two-storey building with a flat green roof and a walking roof terrace and a three-storey building with a gable roof and a living loft. These parts are connected to each other by a vertical road (staircase and lift) for barrier-free use of the building. During the design, emphasis was placed on meeting the specific needs of the clients - barrier-free conditions, family character of the buildings, sufficiently large and comfortable spaces. The entrance to the buildings is always common for all buildings, oriented to the south-west. All units have a terrace (for the ground floor facing south-west, for the first floor facing north-east, the quieter side with a view of the hillside, for the second floor there is an accessible roof terrace located on the roof of the two-storey building with a view of the city. The space between and behind the houses is mainly made up of greenery and mature trees. Along the road there are Housing in the houses is designed as 4+kk , 5+kk and 6+kk for different individual needs. In each apartment there are separate rooms for 1 person, wheelchair accessible bathrooms and toilets, a common area , which consists of a living room, dining room and kitchenette. Cílem mé ateliérové práce je urbanisticko architektonická studie specifické formy bydlení - chráněného bydlení na Kociánce v Brně. V rámci stávajícího areálu jsem vybrala vhodné umístění objektů pro sdílené bydlení dospělých klientů s různým typem postižení. Dále na hranici areálu umísťuji objekt pro prácovní příležitost (chráněnou dílnu, prodejnu s vyrobeným zbožím), aby byla jednoduše přístupná pro zákazníky zvenku. Tato studie také zahrnuje návrh dispozičního řešení jednotlivých společných domácností pro konkrétní klienty. Součástí studie je návrh úpravy okolních prostor areálu.
Objekty chráněného bydlení navrhuji v jižní patě svahu areálu. Jsou přístupné jak z ulice Křižíkova, kde navazuji na současný vjezd do areálu a také na komunikaci uvnitř. Obejkt pro práci (chráněnou dílnu a prodejnu) navrhuji jako samostatný objekt na hranici areálu, navazující na parkoviště, které je součástí řešení. Parkoviště je upraveno z původní zpevněné plochy s šikmým stáním (cca 115 stání), na kolmá parkovací stání (79 stání, 5 stání pro osoby s omezenými schopnostmi pohybu a orientace a 8 podélných stání podél komunikace (ul. Křižíkova) a také 4 parkovací stání u vjezdu do Královopolské strojírny. Dále také navrhuji upravení stávajících autobusových zastávek na autobusové zálivy (z důvodu frekventované ulice Křižíkova a vjezdů do strojírny je toho řešení vhodné.
Zásadní byl pro tento návrh svažitý terén. Cílem bylo navrhnout bydlení tak, aby harmonicky navazovalo na zeleň, které je v areálu dostatek a charakter okolní zástavby. Chtěla jsem, aby bydlení klientům navodilo rodinnou atmosféru, proto jsou domy rozdělené do 3 objektů nejvýše o 3 podlažích. Budovy jsou částečně zapuštěné ve svahu. Každý objekt se skládá z z dvoupodlažní budovy s plochou zelenou střechou a pochůzí střešní terasou a třípodlažní budovy se sedlovou střechou a obytným podkrovím. Tyto části jsou vzájemně propojeny vertikální komunikací (schodiště a výtah), pro bezbariérové užívání stavby. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na vyhovění specifických potřeb klientů - bezbariérové podmínky, rodinný charakter staveb, dostatečně velké a komfortní prostory. Vstup do objektů je vždy společný pro všechny budovy, orientován na jihozápad. Všem bytovým jednotkám náleží terasa (pro přízemí orientovaná na jihozápad, pro první patro je orientovaná na severovýchod, klidnější stranu s pohledem na svah, pro druhé patro je přístupná střešní terasa umístěná na střeše dvoupodlažního objektu s výhledem na město. Prostor mezi a za domy je tvořen převážně zelení a vzrostlými Obsluha domů je zajištěna z ulice Křižíkové - soukromou komunikací k jednotlivým objektům. Podél komunikace jsou Bydlení v domech je dispozičně řešeno jako 4+kk , 5+kk a 6+kk pro různé individuální potřeby. V každém bytě se nachází samostatné pokoje pro 1 osobu, bezbariérové koupelny a wc, společný prostor , který je tvořen obývacím pokojem, jídelnou a kuchyňským koutem. Byty v podkroví jsou navrženy jako stromy a je určen k soukromým aktivitám. navržená podélná stání . prostornější, více luxusnější, rovněž pro 1osobu, se společným prostorem.
