The project deals with the design of social housing and a gallery in Trebic. In the gap between the gymnasium and the monastery, two completely different functions meet to find common ground.
The concept is based on the search for a way to merge the incompatible, so that two separate entities exist in symbiosis with each other and at the same time are not completely isolated from each other. Thus, a passageway is created through the plot from Otmarova Street to the car park, which is 3.1 m higher, where the journey is not just a shortcut, but an experience. The passer-by has the opportunity to peer through the "shop windows" not only into the gallery space, which invites visitors, but also into the common areas of the social housing, which thus becomes a "gallery of life". The outer walls of the gallery offer space for installations or presentations of ongoing exhibitions, the glass hall allows a view of ongoing lectures and openings, the portholes allow us to peer into the courtyards of the apartment building, all in such a way that as much as possible is on display but the privacy of the residents is not compromised in the slightest. This is achieved by different height levels, walls and orientations of some of the windows to the semi-private courtyards.
The aim was to make the most of the site while respecting the height limits (10 m above ground level) and to provide sunlight for all the apartments. From Otmarova Street, the building is three storeys, but the height difference allows us to place four storeys on the car park side. The street floor with the gallery and café becomes an underground floor, which is used for underground parking. This creates a second ground floor level, where the gallery lecture hall and the common areas of the apartment building such as the laundry, children's playroom or study room are located. In the rest of the building there is social housing, where we find 21 flats of various sizes from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms for one to four residents.

Projekt se zabývá návrhem sociálního bydlení a galerie v Třebíči. V proluce mezi tělocvičnou a klášterem se tak setkávají dvě zcela odlišné funkce, aby našly společnou řeč.
Koncept vychází z hledání způsobu, jak sloučit neslučitelné, aby dva samostatné celky existovaly ve vzájemné symbióze a zároveň nebyly od sebe zcela izolovány. Skrz parcelu je tak vytvořen průchod z ulice Otmarovy na parkoviště převýšené o 3,1 m, kdy cesta není pouhou zkratkou, ale zážitkem. Procházející má možnost nahlédnout skrze „výlohy“ nejen do prostorů galerie, která láká k návštěvě, ale také do společných prostor sociálního bydlení, které se tak stávají „galerií života“. Vnější zdi galerie nabízí prostor pro instalace nebo prezentace probíhajících výstav, prosklený sál umožňuje pohled na probíhající přednášky a vernisáže, průhledy nám umožňují nahlédnout do vnitrobloků bytového domu, vše tak, aby bylo vystaveno co nejvíc, ale aby nebylo ani v nejmenším narušeno soukromí obyvatel. Toho je docíleno různými výškovými úrovněmi, zídkami a orientacemi části oken do polosoukromých vnitrobloků.
Snahou bylo využít pozemek na maximum za dodržení výškových limitů (10 m nad úrovní terénu) a proslunění všech bytů. Z ulice Otmarovy je tak budova třípodlažní, výškový rozdíl nám však umožňuje umístit ze strany parkoviště podlaží čtyři. Z uličního parteru s galerií a kavárnou se nám stává podzemní podlaží, které je využito na podzemní parkování. O úroveň výš nám tak vzniká druhý parter, kam je umístěn přednáškový sál galerie a společné prostory bytového domu jako prádelna, dětská herna nebo studovna. Ve zbytku budovy se nachází sociální bydlení, kde najdeme 21 bytů různých velikostí od 1+kk po 3+kk pro jednoho až čtyři obyvatele.
