Project idea

The goal and concept of the project is to evolve the potential of local center. Location is Strizkov that is a part of Prague with old urban structure from the times when the buildings were build just for the purpose without context and without any regard to public space. The idea is to create new living space in the middle of the vague composition, to create pleasant place and architecture that is following local values and potentials. To create place that is good to live in, to walk in, to enjoy, to stay. Place that you can not confuse with any other. The place that is real.

Project description

The project contains of 4 parts. First is analysis, second possible variants, third is finished urban composition and forth the public space detail.
The project is trying to find the best usage and composition for the area. It designs the composition and matter, also the character of architecture, types of trees and grasses, materials and public space furniture. It tries to design the character of the place.

Technical information

The projects is also working on sustainability. It works with rain water from the roofs and also takes energy from sun. The parking is under ground
