Project idea

Urbanistická studie území před Thomayerovou nemocnicí v Krči, Praha, Česká republika. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu je vytvoření nového polyfunkčního kompaktního centra městského charakteru pro Dolní Krč, které se nachází v těžišti této oblasti.

Urbanistic study of the area before the Thomayer hospital in Krč, Prague, Czech Republic. The main idea of the project is the creation of a new polyfunctional compact urban center for Dolní Krč, which is located in the center of gravity of this area.

Project description

Bloková zástavba reflektuje vzdálenost od centra Prahy a bloky jsou rozvolněny a vytváří sekundární prostupnost území. Středobodem je hlavní náměstí s pobytovou ulicí, umístěné na kompoziční ose vstupu a věže s hodinami Thomayerovy nemocnice. V území byl vytvořen koncept rekreačního okruhu, na kterém se nacházejí hřiště pro všechny věkové skupiny a malý rybník. Okruh uzavírá procházka lesními cestičkami regionálního biokoridoru. Návrh je možné realizovat ve dvou fázích a počítá s dopravním propojením nezastavěného území na severu.

The block development reflects the distance from the center of Prague and the blocks are spaced and creates the secondary walk through ways of the area. The centerpiece is the main square, located on the compositional axis of the entrance and the clock tower of Thomayer hospital. A concept of a recreational circuit was created in the area, with a playground for all ages and a small pond. The circuit closes the walk through the forest paths of the regional bio-corridor. The proposal can be realize in two phases and it involves the transport connection with undeveloped area to the north.

Technical information

Území obklopují silnice II. třídy s velkou hlučností. Se zástavbou souvisí vznik nové stanice metra Nemocnice Krč plánované trasy D. Území je mírně svažité.

The area is surrounded by the II. class roads with high noise. The development is related to the new metro station Nemocnice Krč of the planned development of the D-line. The area is slightly sloping.
