Considering the complexity of the whole current educational system, the proposal creates an alternative form of teaching aesthetic perception - art and architecture, a kind of intermediate stage, which is added to the existing curriculum of compulsory education of children as a supplement or extension.

The proposal is thus a space - an art institution, aimed at educating the young generation from the ranks of society at large. By the collaboration of the school of architecture with educational institutions, an environment is created where the student emerges from the academic community and educates the general public. In turn, the public enters the environment of the School of Architecture and offers architects a new angle.

Vzhľadom k spletitosti celého súčasného edukačného systému návrh vytvára alternatívnu formu výučby estetického vnímania - umenia a architektúry, akýsi medzistupeň, ktorý sa pripája k existujúcim osnovám povinného vzdelávania detí ako doplnok či ich rozšírenie.

Návrhom je teda priestor - umelecká inštitúcia, zameriavajúca sa na vzdelávanie mladej generácie z radov širokej spoločnosti. Spoluprácou školy architektúry so vzdelávacími inštitúciami, vzniká prostredie kde študent vystupuje z prostredia akademickej komunity a vzdeláva laickú verejnosť. Naopak verejnosť vstupuje do prostredia Fakulty architektúry a ponúka architektom nový uhol pohľadu.
