Project idea

Novorossiysk is a windy city. In the cold season, such a natural phenomenon as "bora" is observed in the city. Wind gusts can exceed 60m / s.
It is because of this natural phenomenon that the shape of the building is streamlined.
The projected building is located in the southern district of the city.
Thanks to its height, people can observe the mountains and the sea from their windows.

Project description

The projected building is multistory.
All materials are environmentally friendly.
Facade bricks are used in the facade of the building.
The partitions are made of aerated concrete. Bearing walls are reinforced concrete.
